4 Introduction PMKVY2.0 - SDMS user manual for Assessor. Accessing the SDMS Assessor Portal Browse the URL mentioned below to open the SDMS Assessor portal. Assessor portal is used by the user associated with the assessors who is responsible for performing the candidate assessments. assessor.nsdcindia.org Logging onto SDMS Assessor Enter the User ID and Password, then click Login. Note: Clear clears the entered values. NOTE: Same User ID and Password of an assessor can be used in both Assessor App and Assessor Portal. 4

5 Forgot Password Click Forgot Password, TC User will be navigated to "Forgot Password" screen. On Forgot Password screen, enter Contact Code and Click on Submit. Reset Password link will be sent to TC User s (Contact s) id. Note: Forgot Password can be clicked whenever user forgets the password. 5

6 Home 1. After logging in, the home page, which is an Assessment Data Update page is displayed. On the Home Page, you can work on any of the following types of batches: Pending assessment batches Assessment data entry completed 6

7 Updating Assessment Result for Pending Batches To update results for pending batches: 1. Select Pending Assessment Batches from the dropdown list. 2. Select the required batch for which, the assessment results must be updated. 3. Click on Update Assessment Result. 7

8 Updating Batch Assessment Data After clicking Update Assessment Result, the Batch assessment data update page is displayed. New Skilling Attendance is mandatory to be 70% RPL Attendance is not mandatory to be 70% 1. Select an appropriate candidate attendance status (choose between Present or Absent). 2. Select the Check Box for New Skilling batch if the candidate has 70% of attendance 3. Update the assessment results for all the students listed under the batch. 8

9 4. After the marks are updated, the total number of marks and the percentage are displayed at the end of column. Click Save. 5. An alert message is displayed stating that the data is saved partially. Click OK. 6. Click Submit to sync the data in database. 9

10 Viewing Completed Assessment Data Entries Select Assessment Data Entry Completed from the dropdown list. To view the list of batches that have completed the assessment is displayed. 10

11 Change Password Change password is used to reset the old password to the new password. Enter the Old Password. Enter the New Password and Re-enter the new password in Confirm New Password and then click Save. 11
