13 Terms and Conditions is subscribed with an initial one (1) year commitment. Contract early termination will incur exit penalties fees for services and devices. Broadband and landline services must be installed at the same customer site to be able to be part of the solution and the converged bill. All devices offered as part of are subject to availability at the time of order placement. After the completion of the 12 months contract period the customer can renew the agreement and get a new device(s) at zero upfront payment. Devices warranty is 12 months only. Extended warranty is available at additional charges and to be arranged directly with the vendor. All rates and charges are exclusive of VAT. The Customer shall pay the VAT in addition to the payment or other consideration for that supply on the earlier of: (a) when the payment or other consideration is made; or (b) when the supply is made.
