4 Exhibition Floor Plan Table top Stand Examples Live Demo Labs The Live Demo Lab rooms are set up with a boardroom table and chair, a flip chart, LCD-screen, ADSL internet connection, and WiFi Internet access. If you are involved in the Live Demo Labs, one week before the conference we will send you a list of registered attendees and ask that you select 10 that we pre-arrange meetings with on your behalf. We will do this by introducing your company and product offering and requesting a 15- minute meeting primarily during the refreshment/lunch breaks. We will schedule meetings at 30-minute intervals to allow for over running. On the day of the event, one of our team will be dedicated to liaising with the meeting attendees and accompanying them to your meeting room in good time for their sessions. 4
