Click App Settings ->Bluetooth -> Select your smart bracelet name to pair smart watch with App. 7. Time/Date After you connected the Bluetooth, the time and date of the watch will be synchronized.

The back case heart rate sensor will show the green light. Remark : When you turn on the real time heart rate, it wastes more battery power. So we suggest to turn it off once you finish the test.

4 Click App Settings ->Bluetooth -> Select your smart bracelet name to pair smart watch with App. 7. Time/Date After you connected the Bluetooth, the time and date of the watch will be synchronized. And please turn on the APP and make sure the Sync is On. Below please check the photo. 8. Real Time Heart Rate and All day Heart rate Real Time hear rate : Long press and turn on the heart rate. The back case heart rate sensor will show the green light. Remark : When you turn on the real time heart rate, it wastes more battery power. So we suggest to turn it off once you finish the test. Your watch back housing heart rate sensor will show the green light. And it tests your heart rate every 10 mins Remark : When you turn on the all day heart rate, it wastes more battery power.

Then go to APP, go to Setting, and turn on the All Day HR. Your watch back housing heart rate sensor will show the green light. And it tests your heart rate every 10 mins If you want to turn it off. Both the bracelet and APP <Hplus> Bluetooth also need to be connected well. Then you turn off the All Day HR. 3, Bracelet bluetooth unbind and Forget If you use the same cell phone to connect with different bracelet. Or if you use the same bracelet to connect with different cell phone. Below is what we have to do : Go the APP <Hplus>, go to setting, and unbind the previous cell phone. Then go to Cell phone, go to setting, and go to Bluetooth, press forget the previous bracelet.
