Vejledning Find the app You can download the app from either Google Play depending on which phone you are using. or App Store Search for nemid. Notice that there are several apps from NemID. Two of these apps are code apps - one app for your personal NemID and one app for your corporate access. Choose the one called NemID nøgleapp erhv. til bank. 1 af 11

2 Download the app Now you can download the app. It can look like this: Start the app Once the app is downloaded you can open it. Start Press START 2 af 11

3 First logon The first time you logon in the app, you have to use your NemID user-id and password: Enter your user ID Enter your password Press Next Accept the terms Now you have to accept the terms for the NemID code app. Please read the terms and tick off the box I accept the above terms and press Next. 4 You are now asked to enter a code from your code card. Enter the code and press Activate new code app : Enter code Press Activate new code app Wait one hour One hour must now pass, before you can finish the activation of the code app. If you turn on notifications, you will be notified when the app is ready for the final activation. 4 af 11

5 If you press Turn on notifications you then have to confirm, that you will allow the app to send you notifications. Press Allow. Confirm, that you allow notifications from the code app An hour after the first activation of the code app, you will be notified that the waiting time is over. Press Next to continue the activation. 6 Second logon Again enter your user ID and your password: Enter user ID Enter password Press Next Again you are asked to enter a code from your code card. Enter the code and press Activate new code app. Enter code Press Activate new code app 6 af 11

7 Now you have to choose a 4-digit PIN code, that you use to open the code app. Then you have to repeat the chosen PIN code. 10 Send a request to your code app Instead of being asked for a code from the code card, you can press Send (or Enter), to send a request to your code app. Click Send Open the code app On your mobile phone you now get a notification, that a request has been sent to your code app. Open the code app. If you have not allowed notifications, just open the code app. In the code app you get information on what site or system that needs your authorisation. 11 In the code app you get a message, that you have authorised the log on On the computer, or where ever you are logging on to Jyske Netbank Erhverv, the log on will continue, and you are now ready to use Jyske Netbank Erhverv.
