1 DASHBOARD INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR BUYERS The goal of this guide is to provide basic assistance in getting started with your account. It will show you how to sign in, navigate the dashboard (home page) in your account, as well as set up the widgets on your dashboard. It also guides you in the account delegation process. For advanced features or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our staff, using the HELP section of your account in the Toolbar. Version 3.0, Last edited 02/2015

2 Getting Started: Sign In Website Address: app.livesource.com Username: Your Address (case sensitive) Password: please request if you do not know After entering your user name and password, the LiveSource Dashboard screen will display. LiveSource.com

3 Dashboard Overview The following guide is an overview of the dashboard for LiveSource. One very important thing to note about the dashboard is the fact that every company s dashboard may be different. Even the view one user has within a company may be different than that of another user within a company. It is the roles and permissions of a user that dictates what he/she sees on the dashboard. Here is a typical layout of a dashboard: Dashboard Top Navigation Messaging Center This is where the user can navigate directly to the Messaging Center. Messaging Center keeps track of all communications with supplier(s) Language Setting This drop-down menu allows the user to easily switch from language to language. Once a new language is selected, the entire user interface will appear in the newly selected language Profile Drop-down Menu - View My Profile takes user to their Profile page to upload logos, edit demographics, and certifications - My Ratings button takes the user to the My Ratings page to view all scores - My Account takes the user to the My Account page where they can edit contact info and preferences - Delegations button takes the user to the Delegations page Action Items The Action Items button is a direct link to the items the user is currently working on. They typically require regular and direct attention (EX: open RFQ, running auction) Help LiveSource has 3 help options available in this dropdown: Live Chat Support (Online), Support Guides (Manuals), and Contact Customer Service Version 3.0, Last edited 02/2015

6 Dashboard Main Navigation Tabs Below is a representative example of the more standard functionality tabs that your company may decide to use. If you do not see any of the tabs below, it is because your company does not subscribe to that particular piece of functionality. By hovering on any of the below tabs you will be taken to a sub-menu. Dashboard By clicking on the Dashboard tab, you will be taken back to the main dashboard that you or your company designed Projects Clicking the Projects tab takes you to the projects module, where users can create and manage projects RFI (Request for Information) By clicking on RFI, you will be navigated to the RFI module, where you can request information from suppliers Tooling By clicking on the Tooling tab, you will be navigated to the tooling library module, where users can create and manage tools Suppliers This tab is where the user would go to manage their suppliers. All supplier-related tasks such as scorecards, profiles, and searching are located here Inbox The Message Inbox is where the user goes to manage communication with their supplier(s) RFQ (Request for Quote) By clicking on RFQ, you will be navigated to the RFQ module, where you can request quotes from suppliers Auction Clicking the Auction tab navigates you to the auction page, where you can create and manage auctions or realtime bidding events Administration Clicking the Administration tab navigates you to the administration module, where you can edit company settings, documents, folders, and templates Reporting By clicking on the Reporting tab, you will be navigated to the reporting module where you can create and run customized reports on data accrued within the company Version 3.0, Last edited 02/2015

7 Delegations Depending on the role template that you are given, you may have the option to delegate your account to another user or to temporarily have an account delegated to you. Delegating your account to another user: In order to delegate your account to another user, please click on the icon of a person on the top right of your screen and choose Account Delegations. You will then to be taken to the history of any delegations that have already occurred in your account. To delegate your account to another user, click on the third option called My Delegations. Choose the appropriate company and user to delegate your account to and choose the dates that you would like them to have access to your account. Choose Start when you are ready to confirm the delegation. LiveSource.com

8 Remember, this user will not receive any notifications about your account, they will simply be able to access your account and at that time can review your Inbox. Working in the account that was delegated to you: To work in the account that was delegated to you, simply sign into your account as normal. Click the icon of a person in the top right corner of your screen and click the name of the user underneath Account Delegations. In the example shown in the screenshot, we are in Greg s account and we want Greg to access Lauren s account because Lauren delegated her account to Greg. Once you click on Lauren s name, then you see her account as she normally does. You will be able to take any actions that the user can normally take in their account. Another feature available to you is the ability to see all of the accounts that are delegated to you. To do so, click on Account Delegations from the icon of a person. Next, click on Accounts delegated to me. Here you can see all of the accounts that you currently have access to and the dates that the delegation will last. LiveSource.com
