2 ACCESS l Once logged in click on System Admin. 2
3 Account Maintenance l The top half of the account maintenance screen is to service the users own account, the bottom half is to create and service other users. 3
4 Account Maintenance EDITING YOUR OWN DETAILS l From the top half of this screen you can view and edit your own details, all the details you see can be edited except your username
5 Account Maintenance EDITING YOUR OWN DETAILS l You can also change your password, attach your digital certificate and generate a contract enquiry password to use with your back office system
6 Account Maintenance EDITING OTHER USERS DETAILS l From the bottom half of this screen you can edit other users profiles, assign clients to new advisers and create new users
7 Assign client to new adviser l From this screen you can assign a client or clients to a new adviser. Simply select an adviser from the dropdown box to replace the current adviser that is detailed in current adviser column. You can assign up to 50 clients at the same time, please read the note on the screen as this has some useful information. Once you are happy with the input on the screen click on Next. 7
8 Assign client to new adviser l This screen gives you the chance to review what you have selected on the previous screen and gives you the chance to go back and edit or delete any input. Once you are happy click on Submit. 1 8
9 Assign client to new adviser l When you have clicked submit you will see the below screen to let you know the instruction has been submitted. 1 9
10 ADD NEW USER l To create a new user click on the add new user link 1 10
11 add new user l Fill out the required details and click on save, you will be reverted back to the account maintenance screen, this means that the user has been created. There is no that gets sent to the new user you will need to inform them of their username and password. The Role of Registered Customer will allow that person to see their own clients only. A person with a Delegated Customer Administrator role will be able to see all clients within their branch
12 resetting passwords l If you need to reset a password for a user you can do this from the account maintenance screen, by clicking on the Edit link for that user. A Master User cannot reset another Master User s password. If the Master User needs their password to be reset, please call our Customer Contact Centre on
13 resetting passwords l To change the password simply type a new one in the password field and click save at the bottom of the page. Please note the password must be between 6 and 16 characters in length and must contain a capital letter and number, when you hit save the screen will revert back to the account maintenance screen, this means the password is saved and the user can log back in
14 Calls may be monitored and recorded for training purposes and to avoid misunderstandings.
