1 New 401K Platform Login/Navigation Instructions Dear Colleagues: CRJ regularly reviews the service levels of our benefit plans to ensure that they continue to meet the needs of all plan participants. Over the last 9 months, we conducted a review of our 401(k) program with our Broker (Baystate Financial), and we determined that transferring to a new platform at John Hancock will better serve our plan participants. We arrived at the decision to modify the lineup of investments to include funds with superior historical performance and lower fees incurred by participants. As a result, John Hancock initiated a transfer of every employee s account from the old to the new platform on July 11, 2018 and the full transfer was scheduled to be completed on July 27. But as of 7/25/18 we are happy to report that the transfer is complete. John Hancock has made every effort to move your old account and investment election (s) to the most comparable investment option(s) available on the new platform. We encourage you to use this event as an opportunity to review your investment election (s) to determine if any additional changes might be warranted. We created a How to instruction manual as part of this communication to help guide your navigation on the new site, and help make this transition as seamless as possible. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any confusion and/or inconvenience that you may have experienced during this transition period. 1 P age
2 To login to your new retirement account, pleasee go to and click on: First visit? Register here. Enter your Social Security Number without any dash or space; follow the birth date format to enter your Date of Birth and click on: Continue. 2 P age
3 Completee the required boxes and click on: Create profile. If completed and submitted properly, you will receive a confirmation page as displayedd below. Click on the Proceed to Login button and use your newly created username and password. But if the Createe Profile button is still grayed out, please review the boxes above and provide the missing information and you lll be able to continue. 3 P age
4 Your home page will display your current account value along with your retirement account progress. Click on the dropdown menu button to access your account options. To add beneficiaries click on: My Profile, Beneficiaries & Settings from the dropdown menu. 4 P age
5 Select your marital status click the Add New Button and follow the prompts. To change your investment option( s) click on: Menu, then View/Change Investments. 5 P age
6 First review your current allocation; make your changes and click submit to complete your request. To request a loan click on menu and select: Model a New Loan. Please note that after registering your account or paying off a loan, loan availability may not show for up to 10 days. 6 P age
7 To request a form, start by clicking on dropdown menu and select: Request Forms. To change your contribution rate, click on: View/ /Change Contribution Rate from the dropdown menu button. Then click the change button. 7 P age
8 Add your new contribution election change (s) review and click submit. Last but not least, to view the many other learning tools available with the new platform, please click on the My Learning Center Link from the dropdown menu button. 8 P age
