1 VoiceBlast User Manual

2 Voice Blast System Voice blast application is made for automated calling system which will record the callee channel's audio and with third party tool it will convert to text and save to database. Voice blast application also provide callerid setting to send call to carrier network ivr to get response in valid details, it will also allows to add numbers and customized random callerids to send calls as well. Voice blast application also provide to send calls in fixed specified duration time line so user is free from monitoring application or calls for relevant status. It will also send mail after completion of job which is set on system. Now Lets see how we can use this system.

3 Login Screen In login screen we will add relevant credential to enter in system.

5 Broadcast Details

6 How to create a new Broadcast? User has to click the link Click HERE to create New Broadcast which will open the form as shown above. 1) Broadcast Name: Add a Broadcast Name. 2) Ring timeout: Maximum ring duration in seconds. 3) Answer timeout: Maximum Answer duration in seconds 4) Reset answer timeout: If you check this option, system will reset timeout when callee is transferred to context or number given in template destination. 5) Enable to Recording: If You Select Yes Recording is enable or If u select No Then Recording will Disable. 6) Callerid to use: If you select yes then system set callerid from selected Leads's numbers and if you set no then it will select callerid tab's callerid on randomized base. 7) Time to Broadcast: Using this user can schedule the broadcast start & finish time. This means, broadcast will be started in between scheduled start & finish time. How to schedule timings of broadcast? User needs to consider the following instructions for scheduling the broadcast: 1) Broadcast week day should be considering the Weekday Start and Weekday Finish. 2) Broadcast month day should be considering the Month day of Start and Month day of Finish. 3) Broadcast month should be considering the Month Start and Month Finish.

7 Add Broadcast NOTE: If you want to create broadcast then you have to create at least one leads,provider,and callerids at first.

8 Note :: then submited after added a broadcast. And show list on broadcast list menu.

10 Edit Broadcast To Create Broadcast, After user has to click the Edit button to open Broadcast edit page. After clicking the Edit button, user will find a form as shown Below.

11 Add Leads Create a New Leads:

12 Here we can create new Leads: Note::If you add and upload leads. Then select edit for leads name link.

13 Upload Numbers: To add numbers in the Leads, user has to click the Edit button to open Leads edit page. After clicking the Edit button, user will find a form as shown Below. User can add numbers using two different ways: 1) Add each entry manually by adding name and number (as shown below) 2) Add multiple entries by uploading a CSV file with ',' as separator. For example: Full name,phone number,caller Id Description of buttons in the below screenshot Save: It saves information of the numbers entered in the Leads. Cancel: It cancels the edit event.

16 Note: click lead name then show manually leads. NOTE==> Delete all button press then delete all Current entries in mysql.

For example: Full name,phone number,caller Id Note:: Then created leads after you select browse after Csv upload on your pc. 21 Edit CallerIds: To add CallerIds, user has to click the Edit button to open CallerIds edit page. After clicking the Edit button, user will find a form as shown Below.

23 User can add numbers using two different ways: 1) Add each entry manually by adding Phone Number (as shown below) 2) Add multiple entries by uploading a CSV file with ',' as separator. Examples:

27 Create New IVR: In IVR User can add a IVR name and also attach voice message file and user also Choose IVR options.

31 Edit Provider : To add Provider, user has to click the Edit button to open Provider edit page. After clicking the Edit button, user will find a form as shown above.

32 Reports Main Screen:

33 Report tab contains 5 different reports. CDR Report: To get report in CDR(Call detail records) as per the search criteria. Calls Compare: This report shows to Compare calls between days. Monthly Traffic: This report shows Monthly report between month and days. Daily Load: This report shows Daily report on selection of day from calendar. Real Time Report: This report shows call report on realtime basis.

38 Search by Hour Interval: In Hour interval user can search by hour interval and type of graph.
