The solution is to adjust the time value according to a table of date/times when leap seconds were added in the past. Symptoms: There are many ways the change accumulation or recovery can fail. The pseudo-ulu environment is often established by the tools when it needs to simulate an IMS environment to call exits, such as to compress/decompress segments or when sparse exits are used. SYMPTOMS: The job output is usually not available when the initiator crashes.
