3 1. Connecting to the (CMS) 1.1. Address Member must connect to the application using the following address: Figure Authentication Account Activation In case of a new user, kindly activate the account. To activate the account, click at Don t have account on the login screen. Enter the Member ID and clink on Get Code button Figure 1-2 Get code 1

4 A six digit verification code will be sent to the mobile number registered with the club. Enter the code in Verification Code field and click on Next Step button Create Password Figure 1-3 Enter verification code After user verification, the system will go to the Create Password screen. Create a new password for the account and click on Submit button Figure 1-4 Create password 2

5 Now enter Member ID and Password to login to the CMS 1.3. Forgot Password Figure 1-5 Login to CMS In case the member forgets the password, click on Forgot Password. The system will ask to enter the Address registered with the club and Submit. Details to create new password will be sent on the address provided Figure 1-6 Forgot Password 3

6 1.4. Change Password To change the password of the member s account, click on the member name on the left side bar of the CMS. A dropdown will appear, click on the change password link. Provide the Old Password along with New Password and Confirm Password Logout Figure 1-7 Change password To logout of the CMS, click on the member name on the left side bar of the CMS. 7 2. Using the Once member is successfully logged in the CMS, he/she can register complaints, add suggestion and manage / track his/her complaints and suggestions. Member can access these services from the left menu bar in the CMS Figure 2-1 Left menu bar 2.1. Register Complaint To register a new complaint kindly provide the following information: Select Department Select Category Select Subcategory Select Issue Add Complaint Description Upload any evidence to support the complaint (Picture / Audio / Video). o To upload the evidence, click on browse and select the files to upload o The maximum size allowed to upload the evidence is 5MB. o The allowed file types to upload the evidence are: PDF/ JPG/ JPEG/ PNG/ GIF/ MP3/ MP4/ AVI/ MKV/ 3GP 5
