1 v RPR website and RPR Mobile for ios/android tablet and phone Released December 20, 2016 Realtors Property Resource is excited to announce our latest release, wrapping up 2016 with two significant new features for residential and commercial users: traffic count data and user-generated report page. To learn more about all the RPR updates and details, continue reading below. Traffic count data arrives in website and mobile RPR has partnered with Kalibrate, the industry s most up-to-date traffic measurement tool, to provide traffic count data in the RPR website and mobile app. Kalibrate provides users with 24-hour average daily traffic counts for highways and roads throughout the United States. With this new update, you will be able to quickly find and use traffic data to understand business potential when evaluating commercial properties.

2 Traffic counts are invoked on website maps using an icon adjacent to Points of Interest. The display of various traffic volume levels may be adjusted, for instance if you want to see data only for locations above or below a threshold. The same traffic data provided by Kalibrate also populates in your RPR app in both commercial and residential modes. From any map, you can click on the traffic count icon to view street-level pins containing the traffic data. Depending on the location, you may see 2015 estimated traffic data, average traffic data and historical traffic data going back several years. RPR tries to provide the most relevant and complete information. Kalibrate offers more than 1 million traffic points through its database.

3 PDF insertions help users customize reports Many RPR users and brokerages have asked us for the ability to insert their own custom pages into RPR reports. We listened. Today, you can insert your own PDF (Portable Document Format) pages into your RPR reports, or include PDFs uploaded by your brokerage. For example, if your brokerage has some specific materials tailored for your organization, you can now include those branded marketing pieces with your RPR reports. To leverage this new feature, brokers can upload up to five customized pages, and control those pages, through a new Broker administration panel visible to broker users in the Data Tools area.

4 Agents, you can also upload up to five customized PDF files specific to your business. This is an excellent way to showcase testimonials, statistics, and specific marketing tools and methods you employ for your clients. Best of all, you can control which customized documents you want to include with each report you print.

5 You can easily manage your custom pages with specific names for your customized insertions. And there s no problem reordering your customized pages in the preferred order you would like for the pages to display, and whether to display them at the beginning (after the cover page) or end (final page) of the report.

6 Finally, you will notice the customized page options appear above the report elements for you to easily include or exclude.

7 Auction details shown for residential and commercial properties You now have access to auction data for residential and commercial properties that are currently for sale and on the market. Showing phone numbers display on Property Details page Where available, RPR is now including the showing phone number for quick and easy access when working with buyers. The number appears in the Listing Details section of the Summary tab (Property Details page).

8 RPR Mobile Residential lease search added to mobile You will be excited to learn that with our latest update, you can access more than 167,000 active lease properties and more than 8 million off-market rental properties from your mobile phone! For lease and recently rented properties options have been included within the mobile app for more robust searching and information to provide clients and customers when you're in the field. We streamlined and improved searching for rental properties by including multiple filters, such as dual lease price and price range for properties that are both for sale and for lease, making your job easier when in the field researching properties on your mobile device. Open House details help you find properties to show from the field. And yes, your mobile app is providing even more valuable data at your fingertips by including open house information for residential properties.
