1 Paragon Release Enhancements Wednesday, September 21 st Summary The REALTORS Association of Edmonton and the team from Black Knight continue to work on identified priorities and issues based on your feedback. Below you will find a recap of the changes and enhancements that will be released during a system upgrade, available on Wednesday, September 21. This recap is followed by a more detailed explanation of each change. Any questions you have about an enhancement request you have made can be sent to paragon@ereb.com. New Client Connect 2 (CC2) - Coming soon! We are excited to announce that a new version of the Client Connect website will soon be available. CC2 brings a completely new look-andfeel, responsiveness and useful features we are sure you and your customers are going to enjoy! CC2 Preview Mode September 19 th, 2016 CC2 Preview Mode will be turned on September 19 th, This preview mode will allow you to start learning the features of Client Connect 2. The original Client Connect (CC1) site will remain active as Members preview the new CC2 functionality. Adding Field to Search Criteria Keeps Previous Criteria *Correction Highly requested by Members* When adding a field to a search with criteria previously entered, the criteria will no longer be cleared after saving changes.

2 Listing Input and Maintenance Field Counter *Correction Highly requested by Members* A correction was made where the Remaining Fields count was not updating accordingly. It previously showed 2 remaining fields. The counter will now calculate the fields as expected. City of Edmonton City Quadrants To ensure data integrity, a relationship between the community and city quadrant has been implemented. This relationship only applies to City of Edmonton listings. Rural Condo Field Updates (Effective September 26, 2016) With the increase of condos in rural areas, the following values have been added to the Rural Class: Building Type: Apartment High Rise (APTHI) and Lowrise Apartment (APTLO) Style: Single Level Apartment (APART) and Multi Level Apartment (APRTM) Contact Manager Quick Access Link A new Site column has been added to the Contact Manager grid which allows for a single click direct access to visit the Client Connect Site for the Contact. Condo Name Updates (Effective September 26,2016) Condo Name tables have been updated. Please see the detailed list below. Paragon CMA Map Report The CMA Map Report within the Paragon CMA Presentation has been updated to display City/Province/Postal Code. Listing Activity Report

3 The count for the category Views from was reset to zero on all listings. The number Views from showing is effective as of August 25.

Client Connect 2 (CC2) Preview Mode September 19 th, 2016 CC2 Preview Mode gives you a Sneak Peek of the of the new CC2 site to review the new functionality for the site.

5 Client Connect 2 (CC2) Preview Mode September 19 th, 2016 CC2 Preview Mode gives you a Sneak Peek of the of the new CC2 site to review the new functionality for the site. The original CC1 site will remain active as Members preview the new CC2 functionality. Your clients will still use and view the CC1 site, where as you can choose to use CC1or CC2. To access CC2, a new link has been added to the Search Activity page. The preview uses LIVE DATA and any changes made (adding a comment, favourite a listing and more) will reflect on CC1. For more detailed information regarding Client Connect 2, visit the Paragon Portal (paragon.ereb.com\client-connect-2).

A list of City of Edmonton City Quadrants by community and zone can be found in Paragon under the ML Documents section as well as the Intranet: member.ereb.com under Resources and Maps, Taxes and Directories. NOTE: The Street Direction (labeled Post Direction in Paragon) is only used if the road is part of a ring road. For example: Knottwood Road consists of Knottwood Road N NW, Knottwood Road E NW and Knottwood Road S NW, Knottwood W NW Contact Manager Quick Access Link A new Site column has been added to the Contact Manager grid which allows for a single click direct access to visit the Client Connect Site for the Contact. A View Site button will also appear on each page within the Contact Information. NOTE: This will link to Client Connect 1 (current version) until Client Connect 2 is launched.
