1 February 21, QoL igo e-apply Gets a Sleek New User-Friendly Design Optimized functionality with a more responsive web design available beginning February 24 The next-generation user interface is here for the igo eapply straight-through application! The new design, which will launch February 24, will feature improved navigation and responsiveness across all major web browsers. The integrity of the questions, the order in which they appear, and the intuitive features of knowing which forms to pull for individual applications has not changed. Here s what s changing with the next-generation interface: Provides a sleek, modern user interface for applications and forms End users such as producers and consumers receive the optimized, responsive experience from a modern web application Leveraging the most up to date technology to ensure more responsive controls, grids and drop down menus for a better user experience. The ability to run the application on the following web browsers: Internet Explorer (9,10,11 & Edge) Firefox Safari (for MAC and IPad) Chrome (for Windows) Find additional information and screen shots on the following pages. 2 Page 2 of 5 The cases under the My Cases option will not be lost they will be accessible just as before. Nothing has changed except for the navigation, and the look and feel of the screens. We have advanced the capability to be more responsive in the maneuverability within the system. Screen layouts will shift and move as the device resolution and orientation changes. The start New Case screen eliminates the wasteful white space, and the application now fits the screen.

3 Page 3 of 5 The Primary insured tab shows the familiar navigation through the application and the green check marks still signify that the information on the screen is in good order. What has changed is the Case Notes and View Forms are no longer on the side of the screen but on the top of the screen.

4 Page 4 of 5 The Signature page remains the same. However, you will notice at the bottom of every screen the addition of Back and Save and Next buttons, to help you maneuver through the screens. Often times, a user would proceed to the next screen without answering all of the pertinent information and inevitability what was keyed in on the screen was not complete or could have been lost. The system now saves every screen as the application is filled. Having the Back and Save and Next buttons at the bottom of the page allows for more visibility that all the information needed has been entered, to avoid getting the Red Check mark next to the screen.

5 Page 5 of 5 One of the biggest differences of this next-generation user interface is the pop-up messages that represent a Successful answer, a Warning message, or a Danger message. In the classic UI, the system would just highlight the wording in the appropriate color to alert the user. With the new interface, the entire box is highlighted. Four Alert messages have been added. The next-generation user interface for the igo eapply system is a more user-friendly, responsive web design system that uses the latest in new technology.
