24 New Calendar New flag / visibility options There are now three states Public (default) The whole appointment is visible to all users in shared folders Private The appointment appears only as a time slot for non-attending users in shared folders Secret The appointment is not visible to nonattending users in shared folders at all. The appointment is not considered for conflicts and does not appear in the scheduling view The visibility of an appointment has been enhanced 24

26 Updates Forgotten: Vacation notice, attachment Two of the most common mistakes are Forgetting to turn your vacation notice off (also works for Active auto-forwarding rules) Forgetting to add the attachment you said you would OX App Suite 7.10 now helps you remember Vacation Notice, notice When a vacation notice is active a note is displayed in the window If canceled it comes back when logging back in Attachments If you write attachment or find attached but do not attach anything a reminder is popped up when you hit send 26

30 Contacts Updates General UX enhancements The address book (OX Contacts) has had some small but significant updates. These include The ability to use the users device to take an on-the-spot photo to use in their profile Only available if the device has a camera Images can now be zoomed and cropped when entering them Images are now scaled down on upload Saves a lot of server space Improves performance Size set by administrator Contact search now show department in the results 30

32 OX Settings General UX enhancements OX Settings have had a few significant updates Security now has its own section with Active Clients, Certificates and OX Guard as sub sections Under Security there is a new section called Active Clients Lists all active client sessions on all devices Lets the user terminate all or some of the sessions The calendar has an expanded section to now include the multiple alarm capability and birthday calendar 32

35 OX Security General protection enhancements The security of OX App Suite has had a few updates General security behind the scenes is continuously being enhanced When a session expired the main window behind the popup is now hidden with a blur (how much blur is set by the admin) 35

36 OX Security Authentication experimental Highlight s from a trusted domain ie using SPF / DKIM And highlight senders that may not be trustworthy. Can be used to make it easier to differentiate between real company s and phishing 36

38 OX Drive Restore from trash Mistakes do happen Mistakes happen, this is why there is a trash folder. OX App Suite makes restoring from trash easier than ever Restoring from trash places the file / folder back to its original location Full path is shown in the confirmation dialog Restored folders inherit all the permissions of the new parent folder All versions of a file are maintained in the trash 38
