Rules and alerts can be set up and managed by you, so if a request isn't answered in a specific amount of time, then the request can be given to another person or department automatically.

Once a request is submitted it will be automatically routed to the correct department. Rules and alerts can be set up and managed by you, so if a request isn't answered in a specific amount of time, then the request can be given to another person or department automatically. Citizens can report issues on the website, on the CRT Facebook App or on the CRT iphone App. While most contracts come with the inclusion of five CRT licenses, you may choose to purchase additional users to further enhance the modules capabilities. Users are sold in blocks of five. Additionally, you may choose to purchase unlimited users. Pair OJA with the Job Postings module and give your community and staff a robust tool for posting, notifying and applying for employment. With our Online Job Application system, your residents can create an online profile, upload their resumes and quickly deliver their employment information in an easy-to-manage PDF file. The CivicPlus system is customizable and doesn't force you to adapt to a pre-set application format. We customize the format according to your specifications, maintaining the integrity of your application. You can also automatically import profile information into a printable PDF when job seekers apply for an open position. Project Enhancements 7

10 OTHER ELEMENTS Domain Name CivicPlus can purchase additional domain names for your site, to add personalization to specific departments, or to ensure appropriate redirects. These domains can either be clientcontrolled, or controlled in-house by CivicPlus. FTP Site File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a standard network protocol used to transfer files form one host to another host. Should you need this to be a secure transmission where the content is encrypted, we recommend the purchase of an SSL certificate. LDAP Integration Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) is an Internet protocol that and other programs use to look up information from a server. This provides an easy way for our Clients to get User information into the GCMS system. Media Center Storage (10 GB Blocks) The Media Center module provides an affordable way to upload video files and stream live video right through your website, without the need to purchase costly third-party solutions. Media Center is optimized for the storage of video files, and takes you a step further by providing an avenue to live stream meetings, demonstrations and events. All you need to get started is a camera connected to a computer with Internet access. This unparalleled offering from CivicPlus comes standard with our product. Additional storage can be purchased in 10 GB blocks (approximately 40 hours). Most standard contracts include 10 GB free. One Time Import/Export CivicPlus can work with you to offer a one-time bulk import or export of your data into the Resource Directory, User Admin or Notify Me. Pricing and specifics vary on a case by case basis. Site Storage Additional site storage for your website can be purchased at any time during production or after Go Live. SSL Setup/Hosting Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a protocol that uses encryption to ensure the secure transfer of data over the Internet. CivicPlus will purchase SSL certificates for 2 years at a time. SSL certificates are necessary for any client using our epay module. Weather Widget During your Design Phase, you may opt to include a dynamic weather widget on your site. This allows your site visitors to see the current local temperature, as well as a corresponding icon. Additionally, the image is linkable and will take visitors to an internal page which displays a five day forecast. Your site s colors and site styles will be retained. 8 Project Enhancements
