1 ReviewSnap Manager Instructions Year-End Review STEP 1: Login in to ReviewSnap and under the Review Process tab, select Manage Employees : STEP 2: Select your employee s name from the drop down list: 1
2 STEP 3: Click on Create or Complete a Review on the left hand side of the page: STEP 4: Select the FY16 Year-End Review (10/13/2015 6/17/2016) from the drop-down menu: STEP 5: Select Performance Review from the drop down menu: 2
3 STEP 6: Click Continue (NOTE: If you would like to review the form before making edits, click the Print Blank Evaluation Form and a PDF will generate for your review): STEP 7: Once you are in the review, you will see instructions at the top of the page along with the scale legend: STEP 8: When you scroll down, you will see each of the employee s Performance Objectives that were entered during the goal setting phase. Enter a rating and any comments into the Goal Comments text box section. Click Next at the bottom of the page when you are ready to move on (this will automatically save what you have done so far): 3
4 STEP 9: On the next page, you can make any necessary adjustment to goals for the next review period. (NOTE: If you want these goals to roll over to FY17 Goal Setting, please click Update next to each goal and ensure that the Allow rollover to next Review Period box is checked.): STEP 10: On the next page, you will see each of the employee s Professional Development goals that were entered during the goal setting phase. Enter Goal Comments in the text box section (these goals do not received a rating). Click Next at the bottom of the page when you are ready to move on (this will automatically save what you have done so far): 4
5 STEP 11: On the next page, you can make any necessary adjustment to Professional Development goals for the next review period. (NOTE: If you want these goals to roll over to FY17 Goal Setting, please click Update next to each goal and ensure that the Allow rollover to next Review Period box is checked.): STEP 12: On the next page, provide your overall score and then click Next at the bottom of the page: 5
6 STEP 13: You will then be brought to the Overall Comments page. Enter comments and then click Next at the bottom of the page: STEP 14: There will be a drop down menu next to the Employee Test header on this page. You then have several options to choose from on how to proceed: 1. Select items from this menu to bring you back to different sections within the review. 2. If you are NOT ready to submit your self-review, click on Click here to save this review and exit. 3. If you would like to send a notification or question to your employee or your own supervisor, click on Click here to send a notification about this review. 4. If you are ready to submit the review and send for the employee s signature, click on Click here to mark this review ready for Signatures. Once this review is sent for signatures, you will no longer be able to edit any portion of this review. 6
7 STEP 15: Once you mark the review for Signatures, the following screen will appear. Please do not uncheck the box labeled Require Employee Signature. When you are ready, click submit: STEP 16: To sign the review, click Signatures to sign off on the review: STEP 17: Type your name in the box and click Sign: 7
8 STEP 18: Click Release to Employee to send the review to your employee to sign: Once the employee signs, you will now have the option to access this completed review, along with all other reviews completed for this employee (including self-reviews) when you select View Completed Reviews from the Manage Employees tab: 8
