Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 4 1 Introduction 1.1 Overview/Purpose The purpose of this document is to outline all the information required to create, run, and administer Charts and Gauges within an Operation. This includes setting the display formats, colors, titles, labels, tooltips, etc. The document does not describe how to extract data from the DELMIA Apriso database to populate the Charts, as this functionality is described in the Process Builder Online Help. The intended users of this document are those individuals competent with the Process Builder product who are looking for information and instructions on how to use the Chart or Gauge Business Controls. 1.2 Scope The scope of this document describes the following core areas: Chart and Gauge configuration Chart and Gauge types Chart and Gauge properties This document does not describe how to calculate KPIs, but it does contain examples of how to display Charts and Gauges based on calculated KPI information.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 5 2 Chart and Gauge Types 2.1 Charts This section outlines the Charts and some sample Charts in the library. It includes a brief description of each Chart type (e.g., pie, line). Chart Style Column This Chart style uses a sequence of columns to compare values across categories. Bar This Chart style illustrates comparisons between individual items. The categories are organized horizontally, while the values are displayed vertically in order to place more emphasis on comparing values and less emphasis on time. Area This Chart style emphasizes the degree of change over time. This Chart style also shows the relationship of the parts to a whole

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 6 Line This Chart style can be used to illustrate trends in data with the passing of time. Point/Bubble This Chart style uses value points to represent data. Financial This Chart style used to display stock information using the High, Low, Open, and Close values. The size of the line is determined by the High and Low values, while the size of the bar is determined by the Open and Close values. The Open/Close bar is displayed using different colors, which depends on whether the stock's price has gone up or down. Pie This Chart style shows how the proportions of data, shown as pie-shaped pieces, contribute to the data as a whole.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 7 Radar This Chart style is used primarily as a data comparison tool. The Chart style normally has a circular shape, but it can also be displayed as a polygon. Unlike most other Chart types, the Radar Chart does not plot an X value. The Radar Chart X values are ignored for the entire Radar Chart series. However, even though X values are ignored, the x-axis is still used for the labels around the Chart as well as for spacing between the label and the Chart itself. Rose The Rose Chart is a circular graph built of "pie slices" wherein the Y value defines the radius of the slice. This Chart style is similar to a Column Chart represented in polar coordinates. Stacked Rose A Stacked Rose Chart is a circular graph similar to the Rose Chart wherein multiple sectors are added for each angular direction, which creates a "stacked" effect. Polar This is a circular graph on which data points are displayed using the angle and the distance from the center point. The x-axis is located on the boundaries of the circle and the y-axis connects the center of the circle with the x-axis.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 8 Gantt/Range Column This Chart style displays separate events that have beginning and end values. These Charts are useful for planning the use of resources. Data can be plotted using either a date-time or a numerical scale. Each data point must consist of two Y values; otherwise, an exception will occur. Range This Chart style displays a range of data by plotting two Y values per data point, with each Y value being drawn as a line Chart. The range between the Y values can then be filled with color or an image. Each data point must consist of two Y values; otherwise, an exception will occur. ErrorBar This Chart style consists of lines with markers that are used to display statistical information about the data displayed in the graph. An ErrorBar Chart is a series that has three Y values. BoxPlot This Chart style consists of one or more box symbols that summarize the distribution of data within one or more data sets.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 9 Funnel This Chart style displays data that equals 100% when added together. A Funnel Chart is a single series Chart representing data as portions of a 100% total, and it does not use an axis. Negative X and Y values are always treated as positive values. Pyramid This Chart style displays data that equals 100% when added together. A Pyramid Chart is a single series Chart representing data as portions of a 100% total, and it does not use an axis. High Performance The FastLine and FastPoint Chart styles are good alternatives to the Line and Point Charts. They significantly reduce the drawing time of a series that contains a very large number of data points. 2.2 Gauges There are three types of Gauges: circular, linear, and numeric Circular Gauges A Circular Gauge is characterized by the pivot point, around which the pointer rotates. It also has one or more circular scales, which are either a complete 360 degree circle or an arc.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 10 Figure 1 Example of a Circular Gauge Circular Gauge Style Circular This is a basic circular Gauge that can be displayed in the form of a speedometer. By default, it comes with a range. Circular Mini Gauge This is the same as a circular Gauge, the only difference being that it has a smaller Gauge within the Gauge. This is similar to the face of a watch with a seconds counter. Two Scales This Gauge style has two markings on the outside. It is similar to a Gauge in a car that displays both miles and kilometers. Numeric Indicator This Gauge style has a numeric indicator at the bottom of it.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 11 Knob with Ranges This is a knob-style Gauge with multiple ranges to show when the settings are at a dangerous level. 45 Degrees & Auto Frame This is a linear Gauge that is similar to a fuel Gauge. It is very effective at, for example, showing the status of inventory levels. 180 Degrees with Range This Gauge style is similar to the volt meter seen on digital panels. It is useful for showing, for example, the current value of a machine or the current rate of production. Meter This Gauge style is similar to an amplifier indicator showing how much power is going into the speakers Linear Gauges Linear Gauges are characterized by linear scales which can either be horizontal or vertical. Note that linear Gauges cannot have needle-type pointers. Linear Gauges are good for showing something with a minimum and a maximum value so those viewing the Gauge can immediately see the progress or temperature. Figure 2 Example of a linear Gauge

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 12 Linear Gauge Style Horizontal This is a classic linear Gauge display. It is good for showing the rate of production or production quality. Vertical This is similar to the Gauge described above, but it is vertical. Multiple Bar Pointers This is used when there are multiple items to display on one Gauge. Two Scales This is used when there are multiple readings to display on one axis (the y-axis in this example). This is especially useful when there is a UOM conversion of temperature or weight. Numeric Indicator This is used to give a visual representation from a linear Gauge and the exact value from a number Gauge. Three Color Ranges With this Gauge style, there are multiple ranges that can be set to show when the value is good or bad or when it needs attention. There can be many different ranges on one Gauge.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 13 Logarithmic This Gauge style is used to show granular values for the bottom values and have the Gauge tighten up as the values get higher. This is very helpful when dealing with values of large ranges. Thermometer This Gauge style looks like a thermometer. Bullet Graph The Bullet Graph features a single primary measure, which it compares to one or more other measures in order to enrich its meaning. It then displays that measure in the context of qualitative performance ranges, such as poor, satisfactory, and good Numeric Gauges Numeric Gauges are characterized by displays that show the actual digits of the reading. Figure 3 Example of a numeric Gauge Numeric Gauge Style Mechanical This Gauge style displays information in a numeric display in the form of a mechanical display. Leading Zeros, Decimal Point and Sign This Gauge style has leading zeros so that negative numbers can be displayed. If the slot is blank, then a zero will be placed in it. Digital 7 Segments This Gauge style displays information in the form of a digital panel. Digital 14 Segments This Gauge style is the same as above but with 14 segments instead of 7.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 14 State Indicators State indicators are lights which light up when the values reach a certain level. This is helpful for seeing if everything is going according to plan. Multiple Digital Indicators This Gauge style displays numeric indicators within numeric indicators. Linear Scale This Gauge style includes two different styles in one Gauge container.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 15 3 Chart and Gauge Business Controls 3.1 Setting Up and Adding the Business Controls The charting Business Controls are not available out of the box and must be added like any other Business Control. This is achieved by adding a Function of the Business Control type to a Process or Operation. The setup flow of the Business Control is presented below: Add a Function of Business Control Type Select the Chart Control Open the Chart Wizard Select the chart type, series, layout, etc. Use the control to create Inputs, set tooltips, etc. Set advanced properties or scripts (if required) Save your changes Figure 4 Business Control setup flow 3.2 The Chart and Gauge Business Controls Data is visualized within Function Interpreter through the use of the Chart and Gauge Business Controls. These Business Controls support both desktop and mobile device types. Charts are used to display historical information and Gauges are used to display current status information. These visualizations communicate between each other by passing contexts and interact with standard DELMIA Apriso functions (e.g., printing reports, stopping machines, sending alerts, etc.) Adding a Business Control Function in Process Builder To add a Business Control to an Operation, drag-and-drop it from the Toolbox into the Function Editor window. A specific Business Control can be selected in the Business Control section of the Properties tool pane. Figure 5 Choosing the type of Business Control For a more technical look at the Chart and Gauge Business Controls, please see the Process Builder Online Help.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 16 4 Chart Control Configuration The configuration of a Chart involves three steps: 1 Create the Chart with use of the Chart Wizard. 2 Configure the Chart with the Advanced Properties screen. 3 Use the scripts functionality to add more possibilities to the Chart Business Control. Wizard used to define most properties of the chart Advanced Properties allows for setting properties not found in the wizard Scripts allows for passing dynamic values or more detailed scripting on the chart Figure 6 Chart configuration 4.1 Chart Wizard Launching the Chart Wizard The most common way to configure a Chart or Gauge Business Control is in the Wizard mode. The Chart configuration process begins with clicking the Chart Wizard button on the Chart Business Control properties pane. This action launches the Chart Wizard.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide Using the Chart Wizard Figure 7 Chart Wizard Chart Type configuration All of the Wizard's sections and options are described in the tooltips that appear when the mouse pointer is hovered over them. The sections and options described here are those with insufficient tooltip descriptions. 3D If a Chart of the 3D type was selected in the previous section, then in this section you will be able to configure its visual attributes.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 18 Figure 8 Chart Wizard 3D functionality 3D Enabled Right Angle Axes (Oblique) Rotation Perspective Light Area Wall Width Clustered Series Enables turning 3D on or off in order to compare how the Chart looks (e.g., after changing perspectives). The view is always at a right angle. Enables rotating the Chart by setting the X and Y values. An alternative to this is to hold the right mouse button and move the mouse around the CurrentChart display window. The perspective of the Chart via the height. Defines how light is cast on the Chart. There are three options: None Simplistic Realistic Adjusts the width of the walls for the Charts that contain them. Clusters the series. Available for some Chart types. Appearance In this section, there are three tabs which help you set the Chart s appearance:

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 19 Figure 9 Chart Wizard - Appearance configuration Style List allows you to select a style for your Chart from a list of pre-defined styles. The results are in the Current Chart view. Border allows you to define the border. You can select from a set of pre-defined border types from the Border Style drop-down. A number of styles allow you to set the border color and fill type. Advanced allows you to set more advanced features about the border, line/border attributes, and the back fill. This is where a large portion of the Chart visualization is defined, including the setting of the series color, gradients, grid styles, colors, etc. Series Data This is where you can add or edit the series data being fed into the Chart. There are two tabs.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 20 Data Source not available. Figure 10 Chart Wizard Series Data configuration Series Data here you can add additional series to the Chart. When a Chart is created, it contains one series named Default use this if you only require one series to be displayed. The name of the series can be changed by typing a new name in the Name field under Series Details. Renaming the series from Default (or series-n ) to a context-relevant name such as "Good Production" is recommended, because this will help in the configuration and maintenance of the control in the future. Chart Type refers to the type of Chart that will be displayed. The selected series Chart type can be combined with other series Chart types only if both Chart types are similar. Axes Attributes for the x-axis and y-axis can be configured here on the appropriate tabs:

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 21 Figure 11 Chart Wizard Axes configuration Title Tick Marks Grid lines Interlaced strips Reversed Side Margin Values Type Axis Label Format Start From Zero (Y Axis sheet) The title of the axis as well as its font and position. These are little lines that show you where a number is. They can be out, in, or cross (half in and half out). These can be turned on and off. This sets the alternate colors on the Chart between the major axis points. This reverses the axis. This removes the margin given to the starting and ending margins of the Chart. This is used when space is at a premium. Determines whether the values are to be Numeric or DateTime. The format of the label, currency, etc. Additionally, how many decimal places should be visible. Whether the values are to start from zero. 4.2 Advanced Chart Properties Window Sometimes the Chart and Gauge Wizards do not allow for setting certain properties. If this occurs, the Advanced Properties can be used to trigger this capability (e.g., setting the concave property of a Chart, setting the zero fill on a Gauge).

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 22 Figure 12 Advanced Chart Properties screen Launching the Advanced Chart Properties Screen The screen is brought up by clicking the Advanced Properties button on the Chart Business Control Properties pane (Figure 13).

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 23 Figure 13 Launching the Advanced Properties screen You are able to scroll through the data or zoom in on a portion of the Chart data. For more information, see the Process Builder Online Help. This window should only be used by advanced users, as Business Control misuse may cause it to stop working. To learn more about specific options, visit Process Builder Properties Pane Visualization Setup After a Chart is added, the Chart's Properties pane can be used to configure each series in the Chart. The reason for this is to pass the runtime or Process data into the Chart dynamically at runtime. For example, rather than using a static title such as "Selected Product Inventory Levels," we can replace it with "PartABC Inventory Levels". Figure 14 Visualization Setup section on the Chart Properties pane There are many different options that are described below.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide General Usage If an option is required to be sent dynamically, the workflow is as follows: 1 The user selects the option to be replaced dynamically by clicking the Add button beside it. 2 The system automatically creates an Input for the Business Control Function. 3 The user can map the appropriate source of data like any other DELMIA Apriso Function Input (for more information, refer to the Process Builder Online Help). 4 At runtime, these Inputs are populated by DELMIA Apriso runtime. 5 The Business Control uses this value and applies the specific change to the Chart. This functionality is not only useful for making a Chart more specific, but also for enabling Chart definitions to be so dynamic that they can be used in many different locations Titles The following can be set: Chart title X-axis title Y-axis title If you want the Chart title to come from another source (that is, user-inputted or from a machine), click the Add button to add an Input called Chart_Title. This will replace the Chart title entered earlier, but the formatting will remain the same (style, font). All the CHAR value Inputs are displayed in the drop-down and can be used as the Chart name. The same applies to the Axis Y Title and Axis X Title. This can be an existing or a user-created Input Series Configurator The most important part of a Chart is the data being fed into it. Because a Chart can contain a number of different series (such as a Pareto), a tab will be created for each data series defined in the wizard.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 25 Figure 15 Series configurator screen Each tab includes the sections described below. Series Data Section This section displays values of data series defined in the wizard. The number and type of the data depends on the type of the Chart. Most Charts have just "X Value" and "Y Value" data, but there are also Charts that use more attributes such as a BoxPlot, Rose, Bubble Charts. Points Section This is only used by the line Charts and enables defining the shape, type, and color of the points in the Chart. These are the parts of the Points section (see Figure 15): Point Types Help Clicking this link opens a pop-up window containing predefined descriptions of the marker types that can be used as strings in an Input so that each point can be of a different type Point type

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 26 From an Input a drop-down menu from which you can select a previously defined Input or create a new Input to specify the point type for each point This Input must be of the List of Char type with values from the point types that will be applied to consecutive points This is especially useful for highlighting special points that require special attention From a template you can choose one type from a selection of predefined point types (stars, etc.) which will be applied to all the points in the series Point color From an Input a drop-down menu from which you can select a previously defined Input or create a new Input to specify the point color for each point The Input must be of the List of Char type with the names of the colors (which are the same as in the template drop-down) for each consecutive point The main use of this feature is to highlight out-of-tolerance points based on the tolerance settings From a template you can choose one color from a list of predefined colors which will be applied to all points in the series Tooltips Section Even though the data is displayed as, for example, a single point or line, there is often traceability information linked to the point. Accordingly, even though the point displayed is just a value, you may want to see additional information, such as serial number, machine, date, serial status, or something else that is useful for drilling down and investigation. To help with this, tooltips can be configured to contain the trace information which will be shown when hovering over the point. These are the parts of the Tooltips section (see Figure 15): Tooltips Macros Help Clicking this link opens a pop-up window containing predefined variables that can be dynamically used in tooltips For example, if you create a tooltip saying X = #VALX, Y = #VALY, then during runtime the #VALX and #VALY variables will be substituted with the corresponding X and Y values from the Chart Series tooltip From an Input a drop-down menu from which you can select a previously defined Input or create a new Input to specify tooltips for all the points in the series Tooltips macros can also be used From a template you can select one predefined tooltip for all points in the series For example, #VALX will display the X value of each point Point tooltip From an Input a drop-down menu from which you can select a previously defined Input or create a new Input to specify a tooltip for each consecutive point This Input must be of the List of Char type with each string in the list as a tooltip for each consecutive tooltip Tooltips macros can also be used.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 27 From a template a list of predefined point tooltips which will be applied to all points Interactive Series Section If you check the Series is interactive box, it will be possible to click the points on the Chart to use them in other Functions. The following three Outputs are created after checking this box: SelectedPointNumber SelectedPointValues SelectedSeriesName This allows for the definition of the drilldown from the Chart to another Chart (for more information, refer to the Process Builder Online Help). This is powerful for the operator, as it allows for "actions" to be generated from the Chart. For example, if a Chart contains some amount of inventory at the Production Line level and it is low at Operation 2, you can click the second Operation in the Chart and have it trigger a replenishment order. This type of functionality is called an "actionable" Chart. 4.4 Scripts in Chart Business Control Using scripts allows for access to all the properties of the controls. This is to be used when there are still gaps in the functionality not filled by the wizard and the advanced properties. To learn more about specific options, please visit These are the possible actions of the Chart Control while using scripts: Dynamic number of series Different legend names Custom Labels Annotations Background images Series color Chart Size Dynamic number of axis Dynamic size of the control Launching Script Editor To launch the Script Editor, check the Enable Script box and click the Script Editor button on the properties pane. Figure 16 Launching the Script Editor

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 28 The Script Editor enables the changing of the detailed settings of the Chart. Using the predefined ThisChart variable allows for access to the Chart Object. The Script Editor enables writing and verifying the script, but execution is supported only in the Operation runtime. The Function Inputs and Outputs can be added from the level of the editor, which allows any number of dynamic values to be passed to the Chart. Figure 17 Script Editor

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 29 5 Gauge Control Configuration 5.1 Gauge Wizard Launching the Gauge Wizard The Gauge configuration process begins with clicking the Gauge Wizard button. This action launches the Gauge Wizard Using the Gauge Wizard Figure 18 Gauge Wizard Use the Gauge Wizard during the design to create various types of Gauges and to give each Gauge an individual style and finish. Gallery This page enables the selection of a Gauge type and appearance style. If an element that is a predefined type (e.g., a meter) is selected, then all the elements of the GaugeContainer will be sized in proportion to that control. This means that if after selecting a style from the wizard you cannot view all the Gauge elements, just resize the control to resize all the Gauge elements within it. Gauge Type Groups allows for choosing the category type of the Gauge to be displayed (circular, linear, numeric indicators) here. Gauges this section provides a preview of all the Gauges available in the selected category. To choose one, simply double-click it or select it and press Next.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 30 Gauges Figure 19 Gauge Wizard Gauges configuration Set the Gauge position and the optional parent element. The Gauge can be selected by clicking the sample Gauge control. This page enables adding, renaming, deleting, or selecting a Gauge in the GaugeContainer. Once this is done, you can set its parent, position, and size properties (as shown below). The selected Gauge object, and the container itself, can also have its frame property set. On the Position tab: Parent Position Selected Gauge Current Gauge On the Gauge Frame tab: Used when embedding a Gauge within another Gauge. To do this, select the child Gauge and select the parent Gauge from the Parent selection list. The position of the Gauge. 32 Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 32 Scales Figure 20 Gauge Wizard Scales configuration Scales are used in circular and linear Gauges and they display interval values on a line. An example scale is a thermometer, with numbers and lines starting from 0 and including degrees in Celsius or Fahrenheit. This page enables setting the scale attributes and position. Scales can be added to a Gauge using the Selected Scale box. This process is similar to the process of adding Gauge objects. Setting the Parent property of the scale will affect its coordinate system. You can set the scale's labels and tick marks by using the appropriate tabs available within the wizard. On the Scale tab: Scale Position Labels and Major Ticks Interval Appearance Selected Scale Current Gauge On the Labels tab: The scale name and the starting and ending value of the scale. If the Gauge is going to be static, then deselecting this option is recommended. Displays the start and end values as labels on the scale. This rotates the labels with bends on the scale (mainly used in numeric Gauges). There is a sanity check in the label display so it keeps all the points readable. Checking this option overrides this check. Enables the choice of which scale will be configured as well as the addition, deletion, and renaming of the scales. The preview of the current Gauge. When checked, then the major tick marks on the scale are predominately displayed. The tick marks section. Enables the configuration of the major tick mark style. Pointers/Markers Figure 21 Gauge Wizard Pointers/Markers configuration Pointers and markers are objects that point to the actual value of a Gauge. A good example of this is the needle of the speedometer in a car. This page enables setting the pointer attributes and position. You can also use this page to set the scale that the pointer will "point to." Pointers can be added using the Selected Pointer box. Setting the Parent for a pointer or marker will affect its coordinate system. Input values can also be assigned to a pointer or marker, which allows you to display calculated values. These Input values are added using the Input Values page described below. On the Type/Scale tab: Pointer Type Pointer Scale Enables the setting of the different types of pointers used in the Gauge and includes pointer type, color, width, length, cap size, cap reflection, etc. Configures the scale of the pointer (placement, offset).

Figure 23 Gauge Wizard Ranges Configuration Ranges are used to show the context of the value usually in the form of "in range" (which is good) and "out of range" (which is bad). The idea is to design a "range" to link the value to indicate a "state." For example, if a machine is running under 50PPM, this this should be identified as bad. To do this, the Gauge can have a range from 0 to 50 displaying a red line indicating that the user should increase the speed of the machine. This page allows you to set range position as well as the scale with which it is associated. Ranges can be added using the Selected Range box. On the Scale/Position tab: Range Scale Position Sets the range of the scale (as in, the beginning and ending of the range). The position of the scale on the Gauge.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 48 6 Usage Example The following example is a dashboard built using the Data Visualization tools to display a production line s OEE (overall equipment effectiveness). OEE is made up of three factors: Availability the percentage of the lines/machines working on producing goods over the total time Performance the ratio of how the machine is performing versus the rate at which it should be performing Quality the yield of the results which is the good quantity produced over the total quantity Figure 33 Overall Equipment Effectiveness Dashboard The OEE Dashboard above shows the OEE using a component of OEE, such as: Gauges visualizing the three factors of OEE Numeric Gauges displaying each machine speed with its status A Chart showing the last 12 months of OEE history in order to depict the historical trending of the production line

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 49 This is an example of the power of the Data Visualization framework and how it can be used to quickly build meaningful and powerful dashboards for the real world.

Data Visualization DELMIA Apriso 2017 Implementation Guide 50 7 Troubleshooting 7.1 Insufficient Access Rights to Images Folder Problem It may happen that the system does not have sufficient rights to publish images to a predefined location. Therefore, IE will display the generic server not found error. This may occur after the DELMIA Apriso installation or upgrade is not performed in a standard manner. Solution During the DELMIA Apriso installation, two folders in IIS are created for the Chart Business Control to publish images in. The folders are: <drive>\program Files\Dassault Systemes\DELMIA Apriso 2017\WebSite\Portal\BusinessControls\Charts\ChartPictures\ <drive>\program Files\Dassault Systemes\DELMIA Apriso 2017\WebSite\ProcessBuilder\BusinessControls\Charts\ChartPictures\ The installer automatically grants write access to these folders to the NETWORK SERVICE user. If for any reason the Chart will not function correctly, check if the NETWORK SERVICE user has the appropriate rights granted to the above folders and, if it does not, grant them manually. 7.2 No Data Displayed After Opening Chart Wizard Problem It may happen that after opening an Operation, no data is displayed on the Chart. Solution If no data is displayed on the Chart, check if all the mappings of the Functions were selected properly. Open the Series Configurator screen and choose the appropriate mappings in the Series data section.
