5 PRR 637 Updating Language of Managing FNM Process Reason for Revision: The BPM update is a result of outdated language of the current process in the Managing FNM BPM. The revisions have also replaced the unnecessary diagrams with direct links to the ISO public website that reflect the most current process flows, schedules, and diagrams. 11 PRR 644 Marginal Cost of Losses inside CAISO Grid But Outside CAISO BA Reason for Revision: This PRR language incorporates language in Technical Bulletin Implementation of Marginal Cost of Losses and Transmission Losses for Facilities on the CAISO Controlled Grid outside the CAISO Balancing Authority Area as Specified Section into the BPM. 13 PRR CC/ PC Settlements and Billing PRR Summary Initial Phase Comment Expiration / Next Step Comments Submitted ISO Position / Reason for Revision As result of the implementation of the new BPM Change Management system on 1/7/2013, this PRR addresses the following changes: 641 Settlement s and Billing Main Body Comment Period Expired 02/14: Recommendation N Retire Attachment E: the primary intent was to provide a look up reference for participants to identify the most current version of a given CG as well as the Parent Charge Group heading under which it could be found in the library. The new library structure eliminates this need. Modify Attachment B: The Tariff Reference from Attachment E will be translated to Attachment B. Retire Attachment A: provided at MRTU start-up to itemize new MRTU CCs that were replacing any existing (pre-mrtu) Charge Types. New CCs are captured as part of an Attachment B thus making Attachment A obsolete Comment Period Expired 02/14: Recommendation N These changes become effective as soon as this PRR completes the change process The BPM Configuration guides for CC 6700 and CC 4562 are being updated to accommodate the settlement of a new CRR type merchant-like TOR (MT_TOR) and put back to configuration CRR entitlement calculations for greater transparency. The changes are anticipated for 3/27/13 deployment, with a prospective effective trade date of TD 4/1/2013 Page 13

14 Settlements and Billing PRR Summary Initial Phase PRR CC/ PC Comment Expiration / Next Step Comments Submitted ISO Position / Reason for Revision , 6051, 6700, and Pre-calcs for IFM, RTM, & RUC Net Amounts Comment Period Expired 02/14: Recommendation N These BPMs are changing as a result of FERC filing for Tariff provision on Scheduling Sourcing/Sinking in Same Balancing Authority Area. The filing was approved on 1/30/13 (Docket No.ER ). The provision covers settlement rules to neutralize the revenue derived from circular scheduling practices that are already prohibited under the ISO tariff. The change is anticipated for 3/27/13 deployment, with a retroactive effective trade date of TD 2/1/13. Page 14
