4 LOGGING INTO SUCCESS FACTORS (1/2) Success Factors is a Single Sign On Godrejite follow the steps below (SSO) enabled with Godrejite. To log into Success Factors from Click on My People Processes link on the Godrejite homepage Click on SuccessFactors link on the next page that opens
5 LOGGING INTO SUCCESS FACTORS (2/2) If you are in the office (GIL / GCPL) network, you will be directly taken to Success Factors page If you are in an external internet network, you will get directed to the below screen Click on Continue to this website Enter your Godrejite username and password and click on Log On You will be directed to the Success Factors homepage
6 CREATING GOALS
7 CREATING GOALS (1/3) From Home, navigate to the section Goals Click on the goal form - The total number of goals should be between 4 and 10 - The total weightage of the goals should be 100%
8 CREATING GOALS (2/3) Click on Personal Goal
9 CREATING GOALS (3/3) Add Goal details : Goal title, Goal description, Measure of Performance (MOP) & Target, Goal Weight Click on Save Changes to add the goal
10 COPYING GOALS FROM PREVIOUS YEARS GOAL PLANS Click on Copy From Other Goal Plan in the Goal section under Home Select the last year s goal plan by clicking on the radio button Click on Next button Check on the goal to be copied Click on Copy to copy the goals The copied goals can be edited
11 SUBMITTING GOALS PLAN FOR MANAGER APPROVAL

13 SUBMITTING GOALS PLAN FOR MANAGER APPROVAL Review the information in the form and click on Send to In the next page that opens, click on Send To Next Step to send the form for manager approval

15 SENDING FORM TO EMPLOYEE FOR MODIFICATION Click on Manager Approval / Resend for Modification Click on name of the team member Review the information in the form. Click Send to Team Member if the form is to be modified by the team member
16 APPROVING GOALS PLAN Read the information on the form carefully Click on Goals Plan Approved Click on Setting Goals and Development Plan under the To Do section on the Success Factors homepage Click on Goals Plan Approved Click Goals and Development Plan Approved for submitting manager approval on the goals and development plan
17 MATRIX MANAGER REVIEW OF GOALS PLAN
18 MATRIX MANAGER REVIEW OF GOALS In case an employee has a matrix manager, once the employee submits the goal plan, it moves to the matrix manager for review. Matrix managers can access the form as per below: 1. Access the Goal Form in your To Do section 2. Review your team member s goal sheet Assess if the goals you would review are clearly defined Check if the weightage is appropriate basis the relevance of the goal Ensure that the measure of performance and success metric is agreed upon In case you have any observations, Provide comments on the goals pertaining to you/ relevant to you 3. Submit the Form by clicking Send to Next Step. The form will move to the reporting manager
19 ADDITONAL FEATURES
20 GOALS CASCADE (1/5) The Goals Cascade feature allows managers to cascade specific goals (from their Goal Plan) to their team members. This ensures alignment of goals. While cascading goals, manager can also make edits to the goals targets, weightage etc. 2 Click the Cascade Selected button Select the team member/s to whom the goal is to be cascaded 3 Select a Goal 1 Click on Next 4 NOTE: Edits made to the cascaded goal will not change the original goal.
21 GOALS CASCADE (2/5) The targets, weightages etc of the Goals being cascaded can be edited 5 Click on Next 6
22 GOALS CASCADE (3/5) 8 Click on OK 7 Click on Cascade
23 TO VIEW GOALS CASCADED (4/5) Click on Aligned Down / Aligned Up Click on Update The Cascaded Goals will be depicted on the screen
24 EXECUTION MAP (5/5) The Execution Map will depict how goals are connected across the reporting hierarchy Click on the icon to view upward cascade of goals Execution Map Click on the icon to view downward cascade of goals
25 REPORTS: DASHBOARDS AND ANALYTICS (1/3) Expand Filter Options Click on Team View Select Direct Reports or Skip Reports based on the dashboard view required Select Goal Setting Process in the Process field Click on Goal Setting in the Dashboard field Click on Update
26 DASHBOARDS AND ANALYTICS (2/3) The Goal Setting Planning dashboard will get populated. This dashboard will depict the completion% of goal setting in the team. Click on a particular step [Setting Goals and,approving Goals Plan] to see the list of reportees in each respective step
27 REPORTS: DASHBOARDS AND ANALYTICS (3/3) Use Display Options to view additional information of the team members. After selecting Display options, click on Save Settings Current Step will indicate the stage at which the Form is i.e. Setting Goals,Approving Goals Plan Step Type will indicate whether the form is with the Employee (E) ; Employee Manager (EM)
