1 Employee Instructions Web Address: Basic Clock in/out Employee # NEW EMPLOYEES after 7/1/2018 Last 4 of SS# CURRENT EMPLOYEES - use current password Do the same process to Clock Out by choosing the CLOCK OUT button noted in first graphic.
2 MISSED IN/OUT Punch Missed punches occur when an employee performs a clock operation they are already on file as having done. For example, if an employee forgets to clock in after lunch and attempts to clock out at the end of the day, there will be a missed punch because the last clock operation was already a clock out. Ex. Worked normal shift 8am-4:30pm yesterday, come in this morning and was sidetracked before punching in this morning. I go to punch out at normal time 4:30pm and below is what I receive: At this point choose CONTINUE, verify the information stated on the screen and once again choose CONTINUE
3 Verify the date is accurate and enter your missed punch In/Out time and include a note, hit CONTINUE You then will receive a summary of this operation to verify your entry and choose Continue I would advise that you check your hours under VIEW at this time also. If you were to miss a Clock out from the previous day and you attempt to punch in, you will also be going through these same steps, note though that after the process is completed it automatically clocks you in for the day and you will NOT need to do so manually again! DO NOT cancel at any time through this process. If you have questions or need assistance please visit with your Manager/Supervisor. In V7 of TC+ the employee has multiple options when using the software, from viewing hours to submitting leave request and even electronic timesheets should you need to enter a SICK day etc. If you are a 40 hour a week employee your weekly total must indicate that.
4 VIEW HOURS: NEW EMPLOYEES after 7/1/2018 Last 4 of SS# CURRENT EMPLOYEES - use current password You will have several options on this screen: HOME button, Clock In, Clock Out, View, Requests and Manage Time Sheets. Choose the VIEW option, at which point you can View Hours, View Last Punch or View Messages..
5 APPROVING TIME: (optional) Once in View Hours screen each segment can be approved by entering a checkmark in the individual segment checkbox under the E column or in an entirety by simply clicking the E icon itself. Upon initial approval you will be asked to read and agree an Approval Statement before proceeding. As noted below. All segments must be approved in order to be paid. MANAGE TIME SHEETS: This feature allows employees to enter time based time sheets. We will be utilizing this feature for times when were ill or even Workshop days. This window includes a number of buttons used to navigate and confirm changes to your time sheets: Reject: This button cancels any changes made to your time sheets for the selected range. Accept: This button approves any changes made to your time sheets for the range. Calendar: Select the Calendar icon to select the week you would like to display. You can also click on the previous and next icons to cycle through weeks.
6 Display Weekends: If you would like to display Saturdays and Sundays, check Display Weekends. Entering a Time Sheet: Once you are logged into Webclock dashboard, click on Manage Time Sheet from the header bar. Click on ADD under the day you would like to enter a time sheet into. Enter the begin and end time for the segment. If you would like to change the job code for the selected shift, select EDIT. Here, you then can edit the date, time, and job code for the time sheet segment. If you would like to copy the time sheet entry to other days of the week, click on COPY, then select the day you would like to copy to and click PASTE. Once you ve finished editing the time sheet entry, check the APPROVE box to approve that day, or choose APPROVE, approve all entries for that week, then click ACCEPT at the top of the screen to commit your changes.
7 Changing Jobs/Splitting Segments If currently logged in and changing to a different job: Login to the Webclock Dashboard Choose CHANGE JOB CODE Verify the date & time are accurate and your name is noted. Choose Continue.
8 Select the job you re going to and choose Continue once again. You will receive the below notification and click OK. You have just successfully switched job codes and your time will now be noted in your selection. Proceed to Log Off until you need to switch jobs again. Splitting previously worked segments: Login to the Webclock Dashboard
9 Select VIEW, then View Hours Choose the segment/day in which you need to split out and click on the Split Segment icon. In the Split Segment window, click on the Split icon in the leftmost column to create two segments. Make your changes to time and Job code, add any NOTES then choose SAVE once allocation is complete.
