2 The search for work order in store function allows you to utilze the app in order to find out current or historical work order information for the particular site you are currently in.

3 Begin by ensuring a site is selected. The GPS functionality in your app, when enabled, will recognize the location you are in. If the location is blank or reading incorrectly, tap on the arrow to associate it with your location.

4 You can search for work orders in many different ways. The most frequent search for work orders will be by site and open status. The work order search will return information for the site and is not limited to a specific vendor. Begin by tapping the status section.

5 You can choose to search by any of the statuses listed. If you choose to search for closed or terminated work orders you must limit your search with a date range or tag. For this example we will select open as the status.

6 Open will populate the status field, tap the search button to retrieve available records.

7 The open work order for the site will display, if there are more than one they will diplay a card view.

8 To search for work orders for statuses other than open, parts op, parts nonop, we recommend that you limit by a date range.

9 Tap on from and use the scroll wheel to select your beginning date.

10 Tap on to and use the scroll wheel to select your ending date. If your search criteria is to include everythin up to today, do not put an ending date.

11 Tap on the status box to display your options.

12 Select the closed status.

13 Your display should look like the one above. Tap the search button

14 The app will begin the search process and will return all info requested. Depending on the size of your search or in the event you did not select a parameter this may take a minute or so.

15 A list of work order cards will appear, you can tap into each work order to see any of the work codes, notes, or pictures that may have been included.

16 The app also gives you the ability to search for work orders for your company regardless of wether or not you are on site.

17 If you are not on site and are using this function, begin by selecting a site and performing a search. Tap on the site box to search for or change a site.

18 Tap the gray bar to open your key board and type the number / name for the store or site The list will filter down to the store, tap to select the site you would like to search for work orders in.

19 The site selected will populate, the next step will be to select your status. Remember if you are selecting a status other than open, parts op, or parts nonop, you should use other parameters to limit the search such as tag or date range.

20 Select the open status.

23 The search for equipment function was designed to provide you with detailed information regarding a piece of equipment if available. Begin by tapping on the search for equipment menu item.

24 The site will auto populate based on your location. If the equipment is barcoded you can use the scanning feature and hit submit if not you can type a portion of the equipment s name in the tag description field and tap submit. The app will return a list of equipment that contains the word in your search; select the one you want to review.

25 The equipment search will return the detail associated with the tag.

If the information on the application does not match what you are seeing, you can propose changes. This function exists in multiple areas of the application.

The Facilities team will make updates based on your feedback for Description, Manufacturer, Model Number and Serial Number. Enter one or all areas and tap submit.

27 The mobile application search for equipment feature will also return the last 5 work orders on the selected tag. This information may help you understand what work has been done to this tag in the past, even if it has moved locations. You will be able to view work codes, resolution codes, notes and pictures that are attached to these work orders.
