2 MLB Ballpark App The free MLB Ballpark app is your secure and convenient way to instantly access Royals tickets via your mobile device. Download the app to your mobile device today via the App Store or Google Play.

3 Log in with your MLB.com Account After you have downloaded the app, you will need to log in using your MLB.com account used during ticket purchases. If you can t remember your password, click the Forgot Password? link and a new one will be ed to you. If you do not have an MLB.com account, you can create one via the app. It is recommended that you sign in via the that you used to purchase tickets.

From here you can access all Kauffman Stadium specific-app features which include: Mobile event entry + check-in Social media info Special offers, rewards and exclusive content Discounted seat upgrades and fan experiences through the Royals Memories Program

5 To view your tickets, you will need to link your My Royals account to your MLB.com account. In the today tab, click on Add Ticket Account. On the next page, select Link Account. Enter your address associated with your My Royals tickets. Select Verify Address. Linking your Account

After this has been completed return to the Ballpark App.

6 How to Link your Account After you select Link Your Account you will receive an . Select Yes, Grant Access. On the next page select Yes, Continue. After this has been completed return to the Ballpark App. You may have to refresh the page for the changes to take effect. You can do so by swiping down on your phone.

7 How to Use the Tickets Tab The Tickets tab will display any ticket(s) that are associated with your linked account(s). The following info will show you how to view and forward your tickets.

8 How to View Your Ticket Barcode Tap on a ticket to see its barcode and game information. This barcode can be used to enter Kauffman Stadium.

How to Cancel a Forwarded Ticket If the recipient cannot attend the game you can cancel that forward and have that ticket reissued as a valid ticket in your Ballpark app.

10 How to Cancel a Forwarded Ticket If the recipient cannot attend the game you can cancel that forward and have that ticket reissued as a valid ticket in your Ballpark app. To cancel a previous forward, select the Forwards section on the tickets tab and tap the ticket(s) you wish to recall. Simply tap the Cancel button. The recipient will receive a notification that you have recalled the ticket and it will automatically disappear from their Tickets tab. Forwarded tickets can be cancelled up until the moment that ticket is scanned for entry.

11 How to Enter Kauffman Stadium Ready to enter Kauffman Stadium? Simply have the Ballpark app open, view your tickets for the day s event on the Today tab and present it to the gate attendant to be scanned. If you are entering with a group, you have the option to scan multiple tickets on one device or forward tickets to your group in advance to be scanned via the Ballpark App on their devices. Having issues scanning in? Be sure to adjust your screen s brightness and watch out for glares from lights or the sun, both of which may prevent your mobile ticket from scanning properly. Note: If you have both the Ballpark app as well as a printed ticket for the same seat, the first ticket scanned is the only one that will be allowed entry into Kauffman Stadium. Once a ticket has been scanned it cannot be forwarded.
