1 USER GUIDE DESIGN A STEP BY STEP GUIDE

2 UNDERSTANDING THE NEW DESIGN TAB Users with Design privileges choose how your data will display within your dashboard visually. Under DASHBOARD DESIGN, you can change General Setting to specify criteria - For instance, Period, Date Format, Language and/or Skin Color.

3 Once the selection process is complete, you can choose from a TEMPLATE or CREATE A NEW PAGE - for instance, the CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT TEMPLATE includes a Listen Tab, Timelines, Influencers, and Media Types page. The dashboard widgets are divided into several sections as shown at right. Clicking on the arrow on the left will allow to expand or collapse the options under each heading. Each page displays selected widgets. For instance, an OVERVIEW PAGE can include the Timeline, Social vs. Mainstream, Breakdown by Media Type and Word Cloud widgets. PLEASE NOTE: The space in individual pages differs by widget dimensions - for instance, Social vs. Mainstream widget takes up less space than Influencer widget.

4 Adding the required metrics to the dashboard is as simple as dragging the relevant Metrics in the list on the right metric bar into the relevant pages on the left.

5 WHAT TOPICS MAPPING - Visualization of Topic and Tone TOPICS SHARE OF VOICE - Breakdown of Topics by Volume SENTIMENT OVERVIEW - Breakdown of Sentiment Analysis SENTIMENT ANALYSIS BY TOPIC - Breakdown by Sentiment at Topic Level SENTIMENT ANALYSIS BY MEDIA TYPE - Breakdown by Sentiment at Media Type Level WHEN TIMELINE - Evolution by Date Range TOPIC TIMELINE - Evolution by Topic MEDIA TYPE TIMELINE - Evolution by Media Type SENTIMENT TIMELINE - Evolution by Sentiment TOPIC SENTIMENT TIMELINE - Evolution by Sentiment at Topic Level WHERE TWITTER HEAT MAP - Visualization by Geography MEDIA TYPE SHARE OF VOICE - Share of total mention volume broken down by media source type WORLD MAP - Breakdown of mentions by Geography SOCIAL VS. MAINSTREAM SITES - Comparison by Social vs. Mainstream Site (e.g. news)

6 WHO INFLUENCERS - Ranks the most influential consumers and/or website TWITTER REACH - Total number of Twitter users reached by all tweets posted for a topic TWITTER DEMOGRAPHICS - Demographic profiling (gender, age, etc.) of your top 100,000 Twitter users PSYCHOGRAPHICS - Maps the communities conversing about brand ECOSYSTEM MAPPING - Maps relationships and/or commonalities between the main communities around a brand WHY WORD CLOUD - Highlighted terms used in conversations INSIGHT TREE - Displays clusters of words based on mention trends ROI SOCIAL REPUTATION SCORE (SRS) - A calculation that factors volume and sentiment of posts to give a holistic picture of the overall feeling toward a brand as expressed via online channels. REAL-TIME WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING - Real-time feed of tweets related to your topics TOP TWITTER INFLUENCERS - Top 5 Twitter users WORD CLOUD - Real-time Word Cloud showing top keywords WORLD MAP - Real-time map showing geo-tagged tweets

7 Hovering over text displays widget definitions for an in-depth understanding of each option: Individual widgets can be added to your dashboard multiple times, allowing you to compare KPIs in a single view. You can customize a widget by clicking the edit (pencil) icon in the widget. and adjusting parameters, including: Name of the Widget Media Types Topics Countries Sentiment PLEASE NOTE: Available options vary by widget.

8 For example, Share of Voice options: In a box with multiple options (e.g. Default Country), Ctrl/Cmd+Click to select multiple items. These defaults will then be reflected for the individual widget in the dashboard. Each page can also be renamed by clicking the page edit (pencil) icon.

9 Once you ve customized your view, click Save. Click 'Customer Login' You will be notified that the Save was successful and you can now view your dashboard. You can continue making changes to the design of your dashboard (without affecting collected social data) as your needs evolve.
