2 Overview Premier Online Care taskbar streamlines your task management The new taskbar provides company and billing administrators* with easy access to management tasks and simplified navigation, resulting in shorter page load times. The new taskbar provides you with: Easy access to the most popular account management tasks. The ability to easily initiate a new task on any Premier Online Care page. More control over navigation. Near real-time validation and messaging if there is a wireless number entry error. Easy access to Find account and Browse accounts links. New options to check upgrade eligibility and view a Mobile Share group. * The taskbar will not be available to the following users: isbs, SBNC, SBPL, and Premier Online Care CRUs with or without BAN level Access. 2
3 The taskbar Introducing the new taskbar You will see a welcome message on your first visit to Premier Online Care. The new taskbar, which will appear on every page in Premier Online Care, is simple and easy to use. You can select a task from the dropdown menu, then enter the wireless number you want to manage, and click Go. The placement of account information in the taskbar now matches the format on your monthly bill to present a more unified Premier experience. Accounts lookup has been moved from the Accounts tile up to the taskbar and renamed Find Account. When you click this link, you will experience a new look and feel. All current account search options remain available. Images provided in this presentation are for illustrative purposes only. 3
4 Taskbar simplified menus Simplified menus You can quickly select top tasks from the I want to menu options. Account Management and Plans & Features menus were simplified when tasks were moved to the I want to menu. Legend Colors indicate links moved to the I want to menu. 5 Wireless number entry options Number entry options Premier will accept any wireless number format as long as it contains 10 numeric digits. The number formats shown are all accepted. You ll see an online error message if the number entered has fewer than 10 digits. See near-real time error messaging. 5
6 Find Account Account Lookup is now Find Account Account Lookup functionality has been renamed; it s now Find Account. When you need to perform a search, click Find account on the taskbar to open the Find Account page and begin. In addition, you now have easier access to browse your accounts by clicking the new Browse accounts link on the Find Account page. To easily start a search, click Find account. To quickly view your accounts, click Browse accounts. 6
7 Premier Online Care taskbar provides quick access to account management tasks Details More information On the taskbar, the account information on the right side automatically updates based on the wireless number in context. Company and billing administrators may see different options in the taskbar dropdown menu, because the options shown are based on permissions. You can access account information three different ways: From the new taskbar I want to options under User Information. On the right side of the new taskbar, click the Find account link. On the Find Account page, click Browse accounts. Premier is transitioning to display wireless phone numbers using the dot format. While this change is in process, both dot and dash formats will be visible in Premier. 7
