The current internet banking system has recently undergone an upgrade to provide customers with a more streamlined approach to banking online. Arab Bank Australia is committed to ensuring that customers are offered products and services that meet their banking requirements and we trust that aba.online will provide you with a safe and convenient way to manage your finances online. 3 02 01 New Login page Continue to use your existing Online ID and current password, the login process remains the same. Please use the keypad on the screen to enter your password.

4 03 02 Home Screen Our Internet Banking service is easier to use, with a new look and feel that helps you find and manage your information more efficiently The left hand navigation menu lists all your options Account details are listed to easily identify and navigate through accounts

5 04 03 My Profile View your personal details and change your password and daily limits by accessing My Profile. My Profile is now located here.

6 05 03 My Profile > Personal Details Here you can view your personal details. To update your personal information, send a secure through the secure message system so your new details can be amended by one of our customer service representatives.

7 06 03 My Profile > Change Password For added security we are providing you with the option to change your password, this can be done as often as you like. Your Arab Bank Australia Internet Banking password must be made up of a minimum of 8 characters in length and consist of a combination of letters and numbers (e.g. 123abc).

8 07 03 My Profile > Limits Personal & Business customers have the option of changing their default limit to meet their financial requirements. These other limits are subject to conditions and require approval. Contact your local branch to learn more. In order to meet the needs of our Business customers we have introduced separate limits for Transfers and Group Transfer transactions. Business customers can now better manage their finances as this provides them with greater flexibility. 10 09 04 Card Management aba.online provides you with greater control of your Visa Debit Card. You can now activate your Visa Debit Card online and view the status of your card. In the event that you misplace your card or it is stolen, you can also deactivate your card (permanently and temporarily) for greater security and peace of mind.

11 10 05 Account Details The My Accounts menu item allows you to select a particular account and utilise direct links to tools that assist you in better managing your accounts and funds. Account details provide you with the option to rename your accounts, the option to send a secure mail or view your interest and tax information.

12 11 05 Account Details > Rename The Rename option can be used to assign a name of your choice to a selected account, making it easier to designate your funds and utilise your accounts for various needs.

13 12 05 Account Details > Interest and Tax Information The Interest & Tax Information option provides you with a summary of the interest and tax details associated with a selected account, ensuring that current interest and tax information is available to you at any given time.

14 13 06 Other Services The Other Services menu item offers you a range of options to enhance your internet banking experience.

15 14 06 Other Services > Mobile Banking - Coming Soon The Mobile Banking option allows you to activate your status so that you can access aba.mobile via your phone. Our internet banking service will soon be available on your mobile, allowing for easier access on the go. Keep a look out for more information about aba.mobile.

16 15 06 Other Services > Order Statement The Order Statement option allows you to request a statement for a specific period at a touch of a button.
