1 On the go? Take Premier with you. Premier Online Care mobile enhancements Release Notes May 2017
2 Manage your accounts on the fly Easily manage your Premier accounts from your smartphone. When Premier detects you re on a smartphone, it now provides you with an enhanced Premier Online Care mobile experience. You can manage your accounts, permissions, groups, and more, all from the palm of your hand. For your convenience, we ve enhanced the mobile experience while retaining the functionality you know. On a smartphone, administrators and Corporate Responsibility Users (CRUs) with permissions log in as usual. You can then manage accounts or shop on the fly. 2
3 Mobile Premier Online Care homepage Mobile-optimized management After logging in to Premier Online Care, you ll see the homepage as usual. Scroll down to see the Account Information, Alerts, and Messages sections, and more. Icons you can tap as you navigate the site are: 1 Global Navigation To return to the Premier homepage or log out of your account. 2 3 Menu To expand or collapse the top-level navigation. Arrow To expand or collapse the Quick Taskbar features and functionality. Easily access the most commonly used Premier Online Care tasks from the Quick Taskbar, including: View account and usage Change features Change rate plan Change wireless user details And more Images provided in this presentation are for illustrative purposes only
4 Navigating the mobile Premier Online Care experience Easily navigate your Premier site A few taps is all it takes to: Display the navigation, tap the Menu icon. (See page 3.) Close the navigation, tap the X at the top right of the page. Access tasks and secondary navigation, tap the name or related plus (+) sign to see the menu options. Collapse the menu options, tap the name or related minus ( ) sign. Access Premier SHOP, BILLING, or SUPPORT by tapping the name. On your desired page, you can view the full page by scrolling down. 4
5 Using the Quick Taskbar Access tasks in a few taps When expanded, the Quick Taskbar functions the same as in the desktop experience. To collapse or expand the Quick Taskbar, tap the arrow in the heading. With the Quick Taskbar expanded, make your selections and tap Go. For example, to View account and usage: Tap the I want to arrow, and then select View account and usage. Tap the Lookup type arrow, and then tap Wireless number. Enter the number in the Search for field, and then tap Go. On the View Account Information page, scroll to see the user and device information. 5
6 Changing features Conveniently change features Access the Change Features page from the Quick Taskbar. (See previous page.) The Change Features page opens. Scroll to your desired section and option. Your active features are highlighted in yellow. To make changes: Scroll and select or deselect one or more of the features. Tap Continue. The Verify Change Features page opens. (Image not shown.) Confirm your changes, and then scroll to the bottom and either tap Submit or Cancel. (Image not shown.) 6
7 More information At the bottom of each page you ll see two links which you can tap to access: Chat available: Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. Switch to desktop: If you prefer, return to the desktop view. When making changes, notifications or conflict information appear in overlay windows. If the Continue button at the top of the page isn t visible, the button will appear at the bottom of the page. To quickly submit changes on the verify page, scroll down until the Submit button appears. Select the Are You Done Reviewing? checkbox and tap Submit. You ll see this functionality for the following tasks: Change Features Change Rate Plan Modify Mobile Share Group Tasks some users see in the Premier desktop version will not appear in the mobile-optimized version. These tasks are: Under Settings, Manage Product Preferences. Under Plans & Features, Create a Voice Group and Move Wireless Numbers to a Voice Group. All bulk tasks under Account Management and Plans & Features. 7
