3 1. About the application Corin RPM is digital health program that connects you with your orthopaedic care team guiding you through preparation/recovery of your joint replacement surgery. Use of this app requires an access code given by your orthopaedic surgeon. HEALTH DASHBOARD See all your health data in a color-coded dashboard from science-based rules. The dashboard makes it possible for you to have an easy and quick overview of what you need to track, manage, and monitor to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. You also have an easy access to many functions of the app like your inbox, your profile and the settings. CONNECTED HEALTH Embrace self-care with the Internet of Things (IoT) using popular cloud-based apps such as Fitbit, Garmin, and Bluetooth medical devices such as Terraillon, A&D Medical, and many more. CONNECTED LOGBOOK See all your health data colored from science-based rules. Filter your data in a couple of taps to see only the one you would like to focus on. You can also obtain a visual representation of your health over time by analyzing statistics and graphs generated by the Corin application. ENGAGE MESSAGES Engage messages will give you science-based feedback about your healthy behaviors and trends. The coaches remind you about things you should do or measure, best preventive health practices and analyze the data you log to coach you into making small behavior changes to improve your health. You can also send messages, pictures and web links to your healthcare professional by just finding his/her name in your inbox. 1

4 Dashboard On the dashboard, you can view all your health indicators. From the dashboard, you can add a record, access your profile, change your settings, check your inbox, view surgery tips, and read your tasks. Profile Settings Add Record 2

5 Editing your profile To change the information on your profile, tap on the picture icon and then tap on any information you want to change. 3

6 Profile picture To change your profile picture, tap on your current profile picture icon and then select where you want to take your picture from. 4

7 2. Adding data manually Adding measurements manually You can manually enter all your data by simply tapping on the + at the bottom right corner and selecting the measurement you wish to add. 5

8 Adding waist size To add waist size, tap on Waist and enter the measurement as well as your preferred units. You can specify the date and time recorded, you can also add a personal note on the measurement. When you re done, you can tap on Save. If not, you can tap on Cancel or on the arrow at the top left corner of the screen to go back. 6

10 3. Tracking weight Tracking body weight You can track your body weight on this page, you can choose to return to the Dashboard or you can add a weight record. You can view graphs of your Body Weight, Waist, Body Mass Index, Height, Body Fat, Waist to Height ratio and mood. Change which measurement is graphed by tapping on the measurement in the list below the graph. The white box indicates which measurement is currently being viewed in the graph. 11 Body weight statistics You can view your body weight, your waist or your body fat statistic by sliding the page upwards. You can also tap on the icon beside each measure or on any statistic to view the medical reference with your range and goals. 9

12 Panoramic view You can view your body weight measurements on a graph with a panoramic view by tapping on it. To look at the statistics while staying on the graph, tap the Stats button and select Done to close the statistic screen. You can also zoom in/out by pinching the screen or change the time period change shown on the graph (1 year, 1 month, etc.) by pressing on the desired time period at the top of the screen. Press Done to go back to the previous page. 10

13 4. Engage Engage messages (Patient & Healthcare Professional) From the main page, tap on the icon Inbox at the top to view your messages. You can have a message conversation when your health professional initiates one. You can send them a text message, an image or a web link. To open the link, you can simply tap on the link and it will automatically open the page on the app. 11

14 Questionnaire notifications Directly on the dashboard of the Corin RPM Patient app, you can access questionnaires. Simply select the Questionnaire box in the tasks section on the dashboard. Just enter the information needed or choose the appropriate answer for each question and press next until you get to the end of the questionnaire. Filling a questionnaire can take between 5 and 15 minutes depending on the number of questions. 12

15 Surgery Tips The Lifestyle coach in the Corin RPM Patient app will send you motivational messages and reminders to log entries. You can log measurements directly from the conversation by tapping the + icon inside a green box. 13

16 5. Settings In the settings page, you can access many options. You can modify your profile and manage the connected health devices paired with your phone or tablet. You can also choose your preferred language and units of measurement. If you need more information on the app or if you need assistance, you can access the Info/Support page. For privacy and security, you can set a passcode lock. You can also share your data by exporting them by . 14

17 6. Connected Health The Connected Health interface located in the settings enables the addition of accounts and Bluetooth devices to the app by automatically synchronising personal health data measurements. You can swipe up to see all the available accounts you can synchronise with the app. Accounts If you have an existing account with any of our device partners, select it in the list and log in the account. When the connection is successful a pop up message will confirm it. To synchronise the data, you will first need to sync the data from the device to the manufacturer s app. Then, the data will automatically sync to the Corin app. For the Apple Health app, you will simply need to select the measurements and the date from which you wish the data to be synchronized with the Corin RPM app. 15

19 Pairing a Bluetooth device The data is transferred directly via Bluetooth devices to the Corin app. On the dashboard, tap on the Pair Wearable green box under the tasks section. You can also access it in the settings in the Connected Health section. There, tap on the Bluetooth tab to view the list of devices and select the one you would like to pair. After selecting your Bluetooth device, tap on Connect and follow the instructions to pair the Bluetooth device with your ios device. When a message pops up to request a pairing, tap on Pair. When the pairing is successful, you can start taking a measurement and it will automatically send it to the app. 17

21 Syncing a Bluetooth device To sync the data collected by the Bluetooth device with the Corin app, press and hold the button on your bracelet. When the sync icon appears, release the button. Hold the button Release the button 19
