2 1 1. App Set-up . Once your Eddy installation is ready, you will receive an from us with your login and temporary password. Please click the link on the to go to our My Eddy Home App page, where you will be asked to reset your password. You will be prompted to set a new password. Your password must be between 6 to 12 characters and must include at least one number. 2. Download the App. From your smartphone or tablet, please access the Apple App Store or Google Play and search for our App - My Eddy Home Enter Login Details into App. The Login page is where you will enter your address and password to access your My Eddy Home Account. 4. My Eddy Home Main Page/Dashboard. Now you have reached our Home page. This page gives you at-a-glance information about your usage and Eddy Home device(s).

4 3 Menu On the far left of the App, you ll see three bars. These bars serve as the menu, which gives you easy access to all features, including: Dashboard Messages Settings Alerts Statements Support

5 4 Main Dashboard The illuminated bar around the home icon will show as green when everything is fine. When there is an alert, it will change to red to notify you.

5 Disable Leak Protection Should you need to proactively pause your alerts, you can click this button to alert the system and set the time in minutes

This is a great feature if you need to use your water outside of what s normal for your family (such as filling a pool) for up to 68 hours.

7 6 Water You can control the flow of water to your property using the Water Toggle. This will turn your main valve off and on. As you can see in blue your water is currently On. To switch it Off, you just have press the On button and it will prompt you to confirm your decision to shut off your water.

8 7 Away Mode You ll also be able to turn on Away mode if you are going to be away from your home. With Away Mode enabled, your monitoring system becomes more sensitive to water use and more proactive in turning your water off. This feature gives you the peace of mind while away that we are taking care of your home.

9 8 Cost Page The grey arrow beside the Away Mode button will take you to the Cost Page. This page gives you a summary of the total volume and cost of your water consumption and waste water charges by day, billing cycle or year. You can use the options menu to switch between date ranges.

9 Usage From the options bar at the bottom of the page you can now select the Usage Tab. This page shows detailed charts of your consumption for the current day, month or year.

In addition, the Cycle Tab will show your usage and cost in your billing cycle. Once you have usage data, you can tap on any line in the chart to display a tooltip containing precise water readings.

11 10 Compare Also, on the options bar at the bottom of the page you can select the Comparison Tab. This page allows you to compare your water consumption across two days or billing cycles. You can use the options menu to switch between data ranges and the calendar buttons to select the desired comparison dates.

12 11 Insights After that you have the Insight Page which provides valuable insights tailored to your profile and consumption habits.

13 12 Alerts Lastly, in this row you have the Alerts Page. An alert will appear when My Eddy Home detects out-of-the-ordinary water usage spikes. You will receive an App notification and when selecting it a pop-up alert will appear which provides key details about the alert as well as options for taking action.

14 13 Settings By clicking on the Settings tab in Menu, you ll see your Account, which will allow you to make changes and add information. Under the Property tab, you can sync your billing cycle, for example. Also, if you have a Nest thermostat in your home, our system can integrate with it.

15 14 Statements By clicking on the Statements tab in Menu, you ll see your monthly statements, which provide a summary of your water usage. Because you re just starting, this page is currently blank. Each month, you ll notice a new notification from the App, letting you know that the statement is ready. This feature keeps all your monthly statements listed here for easy access at any time.

16 15 Support Details By clicking on the Support tab in Menu, this will provide you with details about how and when to contact Eddy.

16 Challenges You also have access to our Challenges page. To access your Challenges, please click on the top right of the App, where you ll see the Champions Cup.

This page brings you water conservation challenges tailored to your household s water usage. You can complete daily and weekly missions and take your water conservation abilities to the next level.

18 17 Messages On the top farthest right, you will see an Envelope icon. By clicking on it, you can see any messages sent to you from Eddy, including your monthly statements.

19 18 Contact Eddy The Telephone icon gives you a quick and easy way to contact Eddy right from the App.
