It is advisable to follow best practice and install the latest versions of software during the installation of any system.

3 Section Three: Changes SMT-i LLDP Feature is added 2. Package Upgrade Limitation is removed from USA version. From this version, User can change the firmware between SPP and SCME package. For the phonebook translation between SPP and SCME, the following case is allowed. SCME firmware -> SPP210S V1.08: Phonebook Transformation is supported. SPP5210S -> SCME firmware: At this time, all of the SCME firmware does not support this phonebook transformation feature. This feature for SCME firmware will be planned at the next official version 3. RTP packet, IP & Port Filtering Feature is added. This feature will protect the current RTP connection from unexpected 1 way speech. SMT-i5210, SMT-i5210S, SMT-i5230, SMT-i LLDP Feature is added 2. Package Upgrade Limitation is removed from USA version. From this version, User can change the firmware between SPP and SCME package. For the phonebook translation between SPP and SCME, the following case is allowed. - SCME firmware -> SPP210 V1.54: Phonebook Transformation is not supported. Phonebook Contents are initialized (cleared). SPP5343 -> SCME firmware: At this time, all of the SCME firmwares do not support this phonebook transformation feature. User can upgrade the existing version to the V2.65 for both versions (5220 and 5220S) All new features and fixed issues are applied for SMT-i5220S model only

4 Section Four: Bug Fixes SMT-i60XX 1 USB Configuration tool issue fixed. - Phone does not save the WLAN SSID or Password because of initialization problem for WLAN module. 2. Bluetooth Device name display issue fixed. (SMT-i6011 Only) - Phone does not display Bluetooth Device name after connection. SMT-i Removed the rlogin service. 2. Multicast Page issue (no sound issue) is fixed. 3. When Communicator UCPhone mode is connected, there was the wrong license check case. 4. Fixed Russian Resource regarding (Ё, ё) 5. If there is no matched firmware file during the upgrade, the wrong message was displayed (Net Failed) This message is changed to Not Found. 6. DHCP issue regarding Relay Agent Information is fixed. During the DHCP renew or rebinding phase, if the relay agent IP is changed from the initial data, the previous firmware ignored the received the DHCP Ack and tried to send again DHCP Request. This step was repeated. (Excessive DHCP Request case). 7. The wrong check case regarding the LAN Cable disconnection status is fixed. When this case occurred, the IP Terminal displayed the message that the LAN is disconnected and did not enter the auto recover routine. This issue is fixed SMT-i Removed the rlogin service. 2. Multicast Page issue (no sound issue) is fixed. 3. When the DSS button is pressed and the destination is in the DND busy, the wrong message was displayed with the normal DND busy message on the 5230 LCD Display. This issue is fixed 4. When the volume key is pressed during directory service, the key tone volume was changed. This was the wrong operation. The system directory name should be navigated. (Handset / Speaker / Headset mode all) 5. When Communicator UCPhone mode is connected, there was the wrong license check case. 6. When the srtp call is activated, the srtp icon was occasionally disappeared. 7. Premium CID menu was wrong displayed for the outbound call if it is possible. 8. DHCP issue regarding Relay Agent Information is fixed. During the DHCP renew or rebinding phase, if the relay agent IP is changed from the initial data, the previous firmware ignored the received the DHCP Ack and tried to send again DHCP Request. This step was repeated. (Excessive DHCP Request case). 9. The wrong check case regarding the LAN Cable disconnection status is fixed. When this case occurred, the IP Terminal displayed the message that the LAN is disconnected and did not enter the auto recover routine. 10. Latency Issue for IP Phone Response after re-registering to the phone system is fixed 11. Phone freezing issue on a screen saying Initialising Network when trying to access the engineer menu by holding down the * key after factory reset.

5 Section Four: Bug Fixes SMT-i5210S 1. When the volume key is pressed during the directory service, the key tone volume was changed. This was the wrong operation. The system directory name should be navigated. (Handset / Speaker / Headset mode all) 2. When Communicator UCPhone mode is connected, there was the wrong license check case. This issue is fixed SMT-i5220, SMT-i5210S * This package includes both 5220 and 5220S package. User can upgrade the existing version to the V2.65 for both versions (5220 and 5220S) All new features and fixed issues are applied for SMT-i5220S model only 1. When Communicator UCPhone mode is connected, there was the wrong license check case. This issue is fixed 2. Voice Quality issue for SPK Mode is fixed. (Tuning Parameter is updated) 3. When the DM Item (Phone Upgrade Environment) is configured, the previous 5220 version always tried to download the firmware from the upgrade server and tried to upgrade the existing firmware with the downloaded firmware although the current version is same to the downloaded version. If the existing version is same to the server version, this version does not download the package from the upgrade server. 4. Regarding the Premium CID Window, when the supervised transfer call is delivered to 5220 and this call id has the premium CID, the Premium CID Window was displayed for the supervised call. And then, this call is completed transferred to 5220, the Premium CID Windows was wrong displayed with the unexpected information. SMT-i During Configuring DSS Key, Name and Extension position was wrong (replaced). This issue is fixed 2. When the trunk call is finished, the talk time was set to 0. This wrong talk time for trunk call is fixed. 3. When Communicator UCPhone mode is connected, there was the wrong license check case. This issue is fixed 4. Static Noise issue for SPK Mode is fixed 5. Fixed Russian Resource regarding (Ё, ё) 6. When the DSS button is pressed and the destination is in the DND busy, the wrong message was displayed with the normal DND busy message on the 5230 LCD Display. 7. When the Extension Part of the DSS Key is edited within AOM Setting [Settings -> AOM Setting -> Assign DSS], the left side of the soft menu was wrong displayed with the broken characters. 8. When the directory service is used on the headset mode, the unexpected noise sound was played 9. Latency Issue for IP Phone Response after re-registering to the phone system is fixed

6 Section Four: Bug Fixes SMT-i Smartphone BT Connection Issue is fixed. When the Smartphone B/T connection is updated repeatedly due to the B/T range out / in or B/T mode turned off / on repeatedly, B/T connection could fail due to the B/T Socket bind failure, fixed this issue. 2. srtp / TLS Blocking Mode is added when the country code OfficeServ (MMC 812 or DM 2.1.0) is set to the Russian Country. 3. When incoming call is delivered to SmartPhone and 5343 at the same time (with Smartphone BT Paired Mode), the incoming Caller ID information is not displayed on SPP5343 occasionally. Also, in this mode, when incoming call is delivered to 5343, the cursor was wrong displayed for the caller name position. This issue is also fixed. 4. When Communicator UCPhone mode is connected, there was the wrong license check case. This issue is fixed. 5. When 3X4 Keys are pressed during playing the ringback tone, the ringback tone level was wrong changed. Also, When the 3X4 keys are pressed at the headset mode, the ringback tone is played by headset no SPK. This issue is also fixed. 6. Updated the wrong Italian Resource 7. For the SMS message type, UTF8 format is additionally supported. 8. BargeIn Beep tone issue (No Beep Tone in case of Barge In Call) is fixed.
