2 Introduction ECA 4056 is a coin vending controller. It is used in water vending machines. We can use JY926 or ICT UCA2 coin accepter with this controller and any other coin accepter can also be attach with the help of customer care support. This is very high tech as well as price efficient model. This is economical model for water vending machine. This highly precise model. We can operate it in several modes. It can work in two modes and these are flow miter mode and timer mode. These are two sub modes in flow miter mode and three sub modes in timer mode. First tow modes are common in flow mode and timer mode and these are first direct dispensing mode in this mode user put the coin in the coin accepter it start dispensing directly. In second mode it is confirmation dispense mode in this mode user put the coin in the accepter user will press the button to confirm that he is ready to take dispense and when he press button then dispense will start. And third mode is two lane dispensing mode. It is applied only in timer mode and it can also be exist in 4057 in this mode we have two relays to operate two walls first is for normal water and second is for cold water after inserting coin user can select any of two push buttons that from which relay he want to take dispense. There is a safety feature that if flow count does not increase at least tan counts in fine seconds it means the flow miter is jam when he deduct the flow miter is jam then safety feature will activated and it stop dispensing. This safety feature will activate only when the flow miter is jam. It is as well as economical. It also configurable user friendly to mobile you can program is configuring feature to your phone using Bluetooth connectivity. There no need to using any extra display to use this controller because all the things can displayed on your mobile screen while connected. We have it s enhance models for example ECA4056 GSM. That work on SMS the sim daily SMS you all the coin collection and full transaction report. This controller has option to program dispense quantity for all type of coin for example 1, 2,5,10 rupee coins. We can program indivisibly all quantity for each coin.

3 Setting Menu:- This product is Bluetooth enabled device, it have inbuilt Bluetooth module that can be paired with mobile and laptop. 5 Login Password is required to operate any control panel from android mobile. You may know default password from your administrator.this is six characters password from which login can be done. All further commands will work only when login is done properly. Any command given without login will revert as invalid command. If you see invalid command its mean that either you didn t login or not given command properly. Command format is ([pw] [space][password like ]) pw xxxxxx There are two types of password first is user/operator password and second is master password. All basic setting can be done by user password, whereas some special setting can be done by master password on demand of administrator only. There are three modes that decide the function of button. There are two buttons in the controller the use of these two buttons it the depends operating mode of controller. Direct Dispensing Mode In this mode user put the coin in the coin accepter and dispense will start after getting the coin. And it dispense as per the programmed quantity. And the command format is ([mode][space][d]). mode d

6 Confirmation dispensing Mode In this mode after getting coin to user. Its wait for confirmation by push button from user to start dispensing when user push the button any of two it start dispensing. And the command format is ([mode][space][c]). mode c Lane Select Mode In this mode after getting coin. Its wait to choice of user that from which lane he wants to take dispense. If he press button one then controller give dispense by turning on relay one. And if he press button two then controller start dispensing by relay two. In this mode controller required two relays. For example cofigurly deployed relay one for normal water and relay two for cold water. In this mode we can select two different quantities for same coin one for normal water second for cold water user can select any one of two choices. After getting coin only one of the lane execute. If you are using flow miter mode then lane select mode will not work other two modes will work. All the settings you can do from your mobile by connecting Bluetooth with this model and for this the command format is ([mode][space][l]). But first of all password is required to do these settings. From factory default controller is set in direct dispensing mode. mode l Flow Miter Mode In this mode dispense is done on flow count base. When user insert coin corresponding to that coin how much counts programmed for this dispense. It will great to complete by rotating flow miter. We use flow miter for getting batter accuracy to avoid variation due to increase or decrease tank level when water cross to flow miter there is a wheel in the flow miter that rotate and there is a sensor to count these rotations and controller cense each rotation when water flows. After completing the counts controller stop the dispensing. And for this the command format is ([mode2][space][f]) for flow miter mode and ([mode2][space][t]) for timer mode The factory default is timer mode

7 mode2 f mode2 t Coin Accepter Settings This is a logic level setting to set the different work of coin accepter some coin accepter works with logic low and some works with logic high. There are logic settings in our controller to match the coin accepter. And the command format is ([logic][space][l]) is for logic low ([logic][space][h]) is for logic high logic l logic h Dispense Quantity Setting In this we can program dispense quantity for each type of coins individually. If the controller is set in timer mode then the quantity setting is in multiple of 10milliseconds. For example= If we want to run the relay for 1 second so we program 100 counts for 1 sec and to relay runtime 5 sec then we program 500 count. And the command format is ([cnt][space][a500]) for one rupee ([cnt][space][b500]) for two rupee ([cnt][space][c500]) for five rupee ([cnt][space][d500]) for tan rupee. If it is in flow miter mode then you give command ([cnt][space][a no. of value]) For example= If we want 100cnt for 1 rupee then we give ([cnt][space][a100]) for 1 rupee ([cnt][space][b100]) for 2 rupee ([cnt][space][c100]) for 5 rupee ([cnt][space][d100]) is for 10 rupee cnt a100 If you want to know how much quantity for which coin so you can get it all in single command. The command format is ([cnt][space][?]) cnt? In the flow mode quantity setting is can be program on based flow counts the number of counts you enter for the coin will be the dispensing quantity we have to program these counts at the dispensing site by hit and trial method. If we want 1ltr dispense we are giving 100cnt and 100 ml coming so we give it the 1000cnt for 1ltr and try it and fine-tune it. The fine-tune will be maybe 990 or 1010cnts to get 1ltr. So exact count we can set by hit and trial. And the command format is ([cnt][space][a no. of cnt]) The factory default is 100cnt

8 Lane Select Mode Time Setting For Relay 2 All the things are same as programming relay 1 as dispense report only the command format changed little bit. And the command format is ([cnt2][space][a value]) For example= If we want to program relay 2 dispensing for 1 rupee to five seconds then we give ([cnt2][space][a500]) for 1 rupee ([cnt2][space][b500]) for 2 rupee ([cnt2][space][c500]) for 5 rupee ([cnt2][space][d500]) for 10 rupee Factory default is 1 second cnt2 a500 Total If we want to know how much coins of 1 rupee how much coins of 2 rupee and how of 5 and 10 and total sum of the total coins. For this the command format is ([total]) in single word total Grand Total If we want to see the grand total so we give ([gtotal]) but this command works only when you logged in by level 2 password and if you want to delete your grand total so you can also be logged in by level 2 password and give command ([gdel]) Store ID This feature is for outlet owner to contain more than one outlet. If any owner have more than one outlet he can give number every outlet for example = one owner have two outlet or two store then he give machine id =1 to first machine and give machine id =2 to second machine. This is to distinguish in reports transactions which machine record is on sms showing. Command format is [storied][space][id value in figure] To set store id =1 we give command. storeid 1
