1 RFID Water Vending Machine Control Panel RFid water dispensing control panel is used for commercial water/milk/soda/other liquids and powders vending machines. This device well handle both dispensing technology of water/ liquid and monetary dealing(commercial dealing) done with Vending machine simultaneously. Control panel has ten front panel buttons to take dispense of multiple quantities. Each button can be defined separately for the quantity to be dispensed. Each button can be set to separate price been deducted before giving dispense. Each button dispense time can be programmed separately. All setting can be done with android mobile and Bluetooth connectivity. System takes each transaction log with real time stamp. System have total recharged and total sold counter for taking record of total business done. An application software that is windows7 compatible can connect with control panel with Bluetooth and access all transaction logs and generate reports daily, monthly,annually, business done with every machine, every store etc. Three level calibration for each button for compensating change in flow due to gravity.

4 Dispensing control panel:- Dispensing control panel have numbering on buttons from 0 to 9. Each button is known with its no. Standby Mode: In standby mode system wait for key to be pressed or card for scanning. If card scanned without pressing any key then system show card balance and card uid no.

5 If any key is pressed. Then display ask for scanning of card for deducting money from card Now at this time scan your card for taking dispense If balance in card is less than the amount showing in third line of display then system shows no balance If card have sufficient balance then system deducts the amount showing in third line from card.and next screen wil come like:-

6 Now system triggers the relay for dispensing.on time of relay can be programmed for each button in setting menu. After dispensing system comes back to standby mode. Level Calibration Control system has 5 level calibration for each button,it means System has option to enter tank capacity and tank quantity through setting menu Once you feed tank capacity and tank quantity in system, system divides whole capacity in five equal imaginary level. Eg.tank capacity is 500 litre then it consider it in three level ie. Top 100litre is level 5 and next 100litre in m level 4 and so on last 100litre in level 1. cnt is counter time that decides relay on time. Tank capacity=500ltr when tank is at high state calibration of high cnt of button decides the relay on time. When tank level come at middle relay on time is decided By medium cnt of button. When tank level is at low then low cnt of button decides relay On time. L1 100 litre Setting Menu:- This product is Bluetooth enabled device,it have inbuilt Bluetooth module That can be paired with mobile and laptop. To pair with mobile you need an app Bluetooth spp tool,

8 Enter pin is 1234 for pairing.when pairing will complete the next ask for connect Now click on connect Then next ask for allow Now press allow button on screen then next screen will come

9 Now when click on byte stream mode terminal screen will open like:- Now do not wait for waiting to receive.now type and send password to open setting menu Send button is here

12 Button 0 quantity=250 ml To set coin rupee1 with quantity 500ml Type btn[space][button no][quantity in ml] ie. btn A500 response will come like Button A coin rs1 quantity=500 ml Button cnt/dispense time setting/relay1 on time setting:- To know dispense time of all buttons Dispense time =(dispense count X 0.01 ) second i.e 100 counts= 1second. cnt[space]? E.g. cnt?

13 e.g to set dispense time of 5second for button 2 is to set dispense time in 5seconds cnt should be500. (cnt=5/0.01=500; so cnt=500.) cnt[space][button no][dispense counts] i.e cnt 2500 response will be

14 counter button 2 value=500 to set dispense time of 30 second for coin rupee 2 is cnt b3000 response will be counter button b coin rs2 value=3000. Tank capacity setting:- To get tank capacity tank[space]c[value in litre] i.e. tank c300 Response will be tank capacity=300 litre Tank quantity setting:- To get tank quantity tank[space]q[value in litre] i.e. tank q300 Response will be tank quantity=300 litre Series No setting: - If series no of two or more device is same then they accept same card with each other. Eg If one device have series no and second device have series no within of to Then all card are accepted.

15 If second device have series no then it will not accept card issued from device of To get series no series[space]? i.e. series? response will be series=14000 to set series no series[space][value] i.e. series response will be series=15000 Recharger lock password change:- This feature is in recharger only To readrecharger lock password type Lock[space]? i.e. lock? response will be lock pw=9999; to set lock password you have to enter 4digit numeric value only lock[space][4digit numeric vlaue] e.g. to set lock password 1234 type and send lock 1234 response will be lock pw=1234; Debit mode:- This feature is in recharger only If you want to deduct money from card through recharger

16 Then to enable this feature debit[space][y or n] i.e debit y response debit =enabled debit n response debit =disabled Unissue Card:- To unissued a card Put issued card on scanner And type and send Unissue Response is card is unissued Change menu password:- To change password setpw1[space][6 character new password] i.e. setpw1 user01 response pw= user01 Date and time setting:- date[space][0-31] eg setting date= 28 type and send date 28 similarly month[space][0-12]

18 getfile you will get all transaction record onscreen you can sav it to drive by clicking menu button and select option save to file now dat wiil be saved in internal storage folder Bluetooth spp pro now rename it from.txt to.csv file.
