1 FRAZER COMPUTING INTEGRATION RouteOne / Frazer Computing Integration Quick Start Guide The Frazer system integration solution enables a two-way exchange of credit application information. Frazer integration allows fields on the RouteOne credit application to be populated with information obtained electronically from your system, thereby eliminating duplicate data entry. Saved or sent applications in the RouteOne system can be easily exported to your Frazer system. In this Integration Guide you will: Set up the RouteOne/Frazer integration, Identify how to submit applications via Frazer to RouteOne, Review submitted applications Identify how to export an application from RouteOne to the Frazer system. Set Up Setting up the RouteOne integration in Frazer only requires that the Frazer user enter their RouteOne Dealer ID on the setup page. The setup page appears if the dealer attempts to access the RouteOne functionality and the RouteOne Dealer ID is not saved in the program. A simple token authentication is completed based on the RouteOne Dealer ID and the Frazer user number to link the accounts. If for any reason the token needs to be reset, please contact Frazer Customer Support at help@frazer.biz or Once a RouteOne ID is placed in the system, an is generated to RouteOne to set up the integration. 2 Importing Deals from Frazer to RouteOne Submitting a credit application from your Frazer system to RouteOne is quick and easy. Dealers enter sale information as if they were completing a regular sale in the Frazer system. To submit the credit application, click the Funding button on the main Sales Processing window, under the Pricing tab. A popup window will appear which includes a button with the RouteOne logo; you can click to submit the application. contact RouteOne Customer Support at Page 2
3 Reviewing Submitted Applications and Selecting Decisions Once an application has been submitted, the prospective deal is saved in Frazer and can be accessed again at any time by clicking the Retrieve Prospect button. Retrieving the prospect after submission presents the dealer with a list of decisions which have been sent back to Frazer. The user can then view details for each decision by highlighting them in the list. If the dealer chooses to book a decision, they can highlight the desired decision and click Select Deal to bring the details back into Frazer. Currently, this will only include the term, down payment, APR, and name of the finance company. Stipulations and decision comments are displayed, but are not saved in the Frazer user s local data at this time. The decision details that are sent to Frazer from RouteOne remain available to access from the Frazer system for 30 days before they must be re-exported. The dealer can re-send the credit application by clicking Re-send Credit Application, to create a new RouteOne deal from Frazer. contact RouteOne Customer Support at Page 3
4 Locating Deals in the RouteOne Deal Manager The Deal Manager is the hub of RouteOne. From here you can manage, locate, and review your deals. It is designed to help you quickly scan and check a deal s status using easy-to-read icons. Click the button located in the upper left-hand side of the screen. The page will refresh and the imported application will display as the first record in the Deal Manager. Submitting Imported Deals in the RouteOne Deal Manager To submit an imported deal to a Finance Source, simply click on the primary applicant's name in the Deal Manager and you will be taken through the RouteOne application submission process used for all applications. Data entered in your Frazer system will populate the RouteOne credit application; however, you must still complete the required fields highlighted in yellow and add at least one Finance Source before submitting the application. 5 Exporting Deals from RouteOne to Frazer The RouteOne / Frazer integration also allows you to export an application and Finance Source decision from the RouteOne system to your Frazer system. All deals that have been imported to the RouteOne system from the Frazer will update the same deal number in Frazer upon exporting the Deal from Route One. Within the RouteOne Deal Manager, click the Edit/More drop-down for the credit decision you would like to export. Select Export Application to DMS. Page 5
6 A RouteOne Export Options Screen will display. Select one of the following: Export Application - Select this option to export the credit application (excluding any credit decision) to your Frazer system. Export Application & Finance Source Information - Selecting this option will export the credit application and the credit decision to your Frazer system. Once the deal is exported from RouteOne to your Frazer system, follow the instructions below to import. Exporting Applications from RouteOne to Frazer Applications exported from RouteOne can be imported as new prospect deals to Frazer from the Sales menu by selecting H-RouteOne Import. From this screen, the dealer can browse the applications exported from RouteOne and click Add Selected Prospect to Frazer to bring the details for that application into the program as a prospect. The Frazer system tries to automatically link vehicles currently in inventory with those exported from RouteOne and adds it if it does not already exist within the program. Likewise, if a prospect by the same name already exists in the Frazer system, the user will receive a warning to prevent duplicates from being added. Page 6
