3 Introduction The CEDI projection program, IP-Pro Online, is a tool designed to predict the performance of IONPURE CEDI products. The program can be accessed online from PC, MAC and Mobile devices at NOTE: Your IONPURE.COM account and IP-Pro account require individual registration and will not carry from one to the other. Registration To obtain access to IP-Pro Online, you must first register for an account by visiting Click Register Here just under the LOGIN Button. Please provide all requested information and click SUBMIT. You should receive an e- mail that your registration was successful and a second once your account has been approved. Page 3

4 Once approved, users are encouraged to save to their bookmarks or create a shortcut on their desktop. Using IP-Pro Online After successfully logging in, you will be at the MODULE FEED WATER input screen. From here you can start a new projection by entering RO permeate (product) water values for cation, anion and other contaminates. NOTE: File name and application type are required fields. Units The following choices are available in the Units section: Flow: English (gpm) OR Metric (m 3 /h) Temperature: degrees Fahrenheit OR Celsius Pressure: pounds per square inch (psi) OR bar By default, all unit of measure are ppm as ion, use the ppm as CaCO3 to input as calcium carbonate. IP-Pro will automatically convert between CaCO3 and ION by clicking this box. Page 4

5 Once completed, ensure your values are correct and click the NEXT button to move to the MODULE SELECTION screen. This screen will provide you a complete summary of your feed water. User Selected Modules Users who are familiar with the IONPURE CEDI Modules can use this section to input: Product Flow Rate Number of Module Module Family Module Size Page 5

6 IP-Pro Suggested Modules For users who are unsure which module type and size, IP-pro can assist by providing you options based on your feed water and application type. Users must input: Desired Output Resistivity Total Product Flow Rate Once completed click the NEXT button to progress to the OUTPUT screen. From the output screen you will present the module performance projection. Click SAVE Once saved you will have the ability to print by clicking Print PDF NOTE:Your complete report will then be displayed, you can export to PDF, Word or Excel by clicking the this drop down menu Page 6

7 Return to the output screen by clicking the OUTPUT tab From here you can click NEXT to use the power calculator Power Calculator The power calculator will carry over previously entered and projected data from the prior calculations. Users may change information as needed. Once confirmed that all information is correct click Estimated power consumption will be displayed as follows:. Starting a New Projection: To start a new IP-Pro Projection, use the New Project button at the top of the screen. Opening a Saved Projection: To open a previously saved project, use the Saved Projects button at the top of the screen. To open a projection, click the file name. Page 7
