22 If Unable to Login: Credentials Don t Match Recover Your Microsoft Account Recover Your Password will generate a new password for your Microsoft Account 22

23 If Unable to Login: No Account Create Your Microsoft Account 1. Complete the form using your address as your Microsoft Account name. 2. Enter your Phone Number to receive a text message confirming your account creation. This will aid in Microsoft Account password recovery, if necessary. 3. Unselect the Send me with promotional offers checkbox 4. Select the I accept button 23
