6 Requirements and prerequisites Requirements for a DocuPRO installation: 1. Check if MS SQL server + management studio are installed and configured correctly. 2. Check if printer queues are installed and tested. 3. Check if.net Framework 4.0 is installed. 4. Be aware of firewall issues. 5. Have a License Box and matching valid Inepro License file ready.. 6. Depending on the desired configuration have other hard and software components ready MS SQL server + manager configured Check if MS SQL server + management studio are installed and configured correctly 1. Supported MS SQL versions: 2005 or better (see solution document for more details). 2. Check if TCP/IP protocol is activated for the used instance (necessary to access database from other network locations): 2 CashPRO
7 Prerequisites Check if SQL is running in mixed mode: 3. Rightclick on correct instance at left side and select properties. 4. Select security tab and check if SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode is selected.. After changing configuration a restart of SQL server is necessary to take affect the changes Version
8 Requirements and prerequisites Printer queues should have been installed and tested Check if printer queues are installed and tested All physical printers should have their own queue. These printer queues should not be shared to users. A test page should be able to print without problems. To force users to use DocuPRO all ways to direct print to printers should be closed, e.g., by blocking network routes or configuration on the printer, ask printer supplier or network administrator for support. To make use of followme & you printing with a native manufacturer driver all desired printers must have the same driver, e.g., an universal or family printer driver. Check if.net Framework 4.0 is installed Be aware of firewall issues An overview of all used ports can be found in the solution document. These ports should be open on firewalls, routers and VLAN's. Consult the local IT administrator for opening the ports throughout the network/servers. If a firewall is configured it is recommend to add the following inbound rules 4 CashPRO :

15 Run the IBOS setup 2.3 The IBOS installation folder, default path: C:\Program Files\Inepro\Back Office Suite can be changed here. All application data will be stored on the default location from Windows, by default this C:\ProgramData\Inepro. To change this location add a new system variable before running this setup. Version
16 Software Installation 2.4 Select the desired components to install. This installer can be run on several servers or management PC s to install the correct components on each server or PC, e.g., if there is a separated database and print server. Inepro Business Server the central processor component for all business logic. Inepro Print Spooler necessary to have an instance on each print server. Inepro Back Office Database runs the database script to create an Inepro database catalog. Inepro Back Office Manager management tool for managing configuration, etc. Inepro Data Import Service service for (scheduled) user import from LDAP or CSV files. Inepro ScanToX Server central distributor for scan jobs from (embedded) terminals. Inepro Back Office Report Tool reporting tool for workstations and/or server. Inepro Back Office Report Scheduler Service recommended to install on server for scheduledreporting. Inepro Balance Scheduler service e.g., for scheduled monthly account reloads. Inepro PayCon Server necessary for classic PayCons. Inepro Biometric Service necessary for Biometric IP readers. Inepro Biometric Enroll Client management tool for read in users biometric credentials (not intended for server installation). Inepro Client optional client tool for workstations. It is possible not all modules will run after install corresponding to the active license 12 CashPRO
17 Run the IBOS setup 2.5 Setup the location and instance of the MS SQL server. 2.6 The default catalog name is IBOS, this can be changed. 2.7 Fill in database credentials created in the first step of this chapter, the Inepro default is preset Version

19 Run the IBOS setup 2.8 If the setup is executed to update a current installation, a confirmation is needed to stop the running services. All stopped services will be started again automatically in the final stage of the installation. Version
20 Software Installation Optionally run database on a separate server 3 Optionally run database wizard on separate database server without installing the application If the SQL server is located on a different server then the printer and or application server, and no application installation is allowed on the SQL server due to administrator policy it is possible to the run the DatabaseWizard.exe to create a new database without installing applications on the server. 3.1 Copy the DatabaseWizard.exe from the IBOS installation folder, default path: C:\Program Files\Inepro\Back Office Suite to a location on the SQL server 3.2 Run the DatabaseWizard.exe Administrator rights are required to run the installer 16 CashPRO

25 Configure the LicenseBox Configure the LicenseBox 5 Configuring the LicenseBox 5.1 Plugin the license box in the network on a safe place e.g., in the server room. 5.2 Power the license box via the supplied adapter, eventually the LicenseBox can run also on PowerOverEthernet, therefore disconnect the adapter and place the network cable into the other outlet (inside the box). 5.3 Launch the Inepro LicenseBox Configuration tool from Start > All Programs > Inepro Back Office Suite > Tools 5.4 This tool browses the network via UDP protocol for available LicenseBoxes, therefore only boxes are found in the same subnet. 5.5 If the LicenseBox is in another subnet, enter the IP address in the left upper corner, or run this tool (copy it from the IBOS installation folder, default path: C:\Program Files\Inepro\Back Office Suite to a location on the SQL server) on a PC/Laptop in the same network as the LicenseBox is placed. 26 Software Installation 5.6 Double click the right LicenseBox to alter its properties: 5.7 Configure an IP address, static or assigned by DHCP and setup IP address of the server where the Business Server is running. Alternatively setup the server name by its Full Qualified Domain Name. The Business Server initiates the communication to the LicenseBox. By UDP broadcasts or alternatively by TCP. Therefore it is necessary the LicenseBox has a permanent IP address. especially when the LicenseBox is placed in a different VLAN then the Business Server is running 22 CashPRO
27 Launch the Inepro Back Office Manager Launch the Inepro Back Office Manager 5 Launch the Inepro Back Office Manager from Start > All Programs > Inepro Back Office Suite 5.1 Select Registration... from the Help menu. 5.2 Select Load license and browse to the license file corresponding to the LicenseBox. 5.3 Confirm, and the license will be imported to the database. The license is stored in the database, the.ibol file is no longer used by the software. Version
28 Software Installation Setup the license address (where the Business Server is installed), so other Inepro components can validate their license, f.e. installed manager applications on workstations: 5.4 Select System Settings from the Back Office Manager Tools Menu. 5.5 Select the License Server tab, and configure the License Server address, fill in the server address of the server that has the Business Server service installed. 5.6 Restarting the Inepro services from the Services screen All Inepro services are started manual, except the Inepro Service Manager. The Inepro Service Manager controls all other Inepro services, starts and stops them in the right order and acts as a watchdog in case a service no longer responds. 5.7 Restarts the services by restarting the Inepro Service Manager. 5.8 If all services starts and the Inepro Business Server keeps running the license is valid and the License Box is found. 5.9 In case the Business Server stops running after a few seconds, most probably one of the license components fails. Troubleshoot the system by start reading the Business Server log file. This file can be found by default on the following location: C:\ProgramData\Inepro\log\IneproBusinessServer.log After correct the problem repeat necessary steps. The software can run 2 weeks without the physical License Box, after this timeframe the systems. stops working 24 CashPRO

Configure product templates i.c.m. product locations in the vending PTM Configure new License 1. Open the Inepro Back Office Manager 2. Go to Help and select Registration 3. Click on Load License and select the correct license file 26 CashPRO
31 Configure new license 4. Now press OK and close the registration file and close the Inepro Back Office Manager 5. Restart all Inepro services by restarting the Inepro Service Manager in the Microsoft service manager.. The New License will contain CashPRO, PosPRO and AccessPRO Create CashPRO Devices Create CashPRO Devices In this part we will create 2 CashPRO devices, 1 device which is required to use the Vending Machine which we will use today. The second device will be a PosPRO CashRegister, this device will be configured and used tomorrow, during the PosPRo CashRegister part. 1. Open the Inepro Back Office Manager 2. Select CashPRO devices on the left icon bar 3. Press the green + Icon: 4. A new view will open to add a CashPRO Device: Version

Fill in the following details: Shortname: Vending Longname: Vending Device Station Code: 01 Device Type: Vending Address: Ricoh Mexicana Product Template: Vending, No products Site: Defecto or your default created site Description: Training Vending Enabled: Activated 6. And Press OK, to create the device 7. Now create another device with the following details: Shortname: PosPRO Longname: PosPRO Device Station Code: 02 Device Type: PosPRO Address: Ricoh Mexicana Product Template: PosPRO, No products Site: Defecto or your default created site Description: Training PosPRO Enabled: Activated 28 CashPRO.
33 Create Products Create Products There are 2 options to create products, first option is to create products manually. The second option will be to create products by import from a CSV file. Before products can be created it is know all options to be set inside a product configuration: Product code: Product ID used for registration in the database. Terminal Display Name: This is actually the short name, this terminal name is limited in the number of characters, so that this name can be displayed on all cashregister/vending terminals. Name: This is the full name of the product, which is used on reports and exports for example Product group: This is a predefined group, based on this group transactions will be registered and reports can be displayed. Price: The price of the product Open Price: This option can only be used for PosPRO products. Activating this option will give the product a default price of 0,00 and when selected in a PosPRO cashregister, a popup will be shown to manually enter the price. Product type: This option gives the character of the product and defines for which terminal types it can be used. options are: Cash Register > Item used for PosPRO and Vending Devices Reloader > Special item used for reloaders like the Smartline, so it can register the transaction on this item Print Finish > Item used for printing finishing options, only in combination with a 3rd party solution Token > Not in use anymore Sunbed usage > Item used for an obsolete software program called TanningPRO, so not in use anymore Timer usage > Item used for a software module called TimePRO. Link type: This option is used to be able to link this item to another product, there are 3 options: Normal > Not linked to another product Compound > When this type is selected, the exact price which will be charged is calculated by the weight, nr. Of pieces or volume. Based on this the price is calculated with the contenttype and contentfactor Linked > Linked, when the article is sold automatically the linked item is sold. This is used for example when a deposit needs to be charged for a glass bottle. Contentype: This is used when the linktype is activated to Compound. Can be set to nr. Of pieces, weight or volume. Version
34 Configuration Contentfactor: This is the base factor for the price, when the content type is set to nr. Of pieces and the contentfactor is 1 then for each item this price will be charged, but when set to weight, it can be set to 1000grams (1 kilo) so that the price will be doubled when the weight of the item sold is Tare: A tare item needs to be created upfront, this is an item which will be deducted from the total price when using weight or volume, since the item needs to be sold in a cup, bowl or plate or something like that and this item has got some weight as well. Would be interesting if you have a salad which weighs 500 gram and a bowl is used of 1000gram that a price should be paid for 1500grams salad. In this case the bowl (tare) is deducted from the total weight. So only a price would be paid for the 500 grams of salad. VAT: Value Added Tax. This is the percentage of TAX that needs to be paid for this item. The itemprice is the nett price for the customer to be paid the tax is included! By default the Dutch percentages are programmed in the database, these can be changed. Second VAT: In the PosPRO CashRegister there is an option to eat in or eat out the second VAT will be used when the article is sold as eat out the price for the customer stays the same only the amount of tax which needs to be paid is different. Description: Extra description field to recognize the correct item, could be used for the name of the delivery company. Selling: When activated the item can be sold. Description 2: Description used in a selfservice CashRegister when the second language is selected Description 3: Description used in a selfservice CashRegister when the third language is selected Description 4: Description used in a selfservice CashRegister when the forth language is selected Barcode: In this field a number can be inserted which can be read out as a barcode with a barcode scanner attached to a PosPRO CashRegister Article number: This field is used for 3rd party software tools for ordering items, this article number would be the article number of the delivery company. Valid From: The moment (date) from which the item can be sold Valid to: The moment (date) until the product can be sold 30 CashPRO.
35 Create a Vending product Create a Vending product For a clear overview on the reports, the product will need a product group first Go to Advanced and select Product Groups: In the view that is opened the existing product groups are shown, now press the green + icon: Version
36 Configuration A view will be opened and fill in with the following details: Name: Name of the product group Description: Description of the product group Product Group Code: Unique ID in the database Ledger Code: Default ledger to book product sales on (when product is member of this group) Changed: Default date/time field Turnover Group: Will turnover be registered over products in this product group? Discount Allowed: Are discounts allowed for products in this group? Press OK to create this group Close the product group view and go back to the product view, and press the green + (with the box) icon: 32 CashPRO
37 Create a Vending product The view opens to add a new product, fill in all details with as displayed in the screenshot:. Press OK to store this product Version
38 Configuration Import products Go to Tools and open: Import products and Related Details via CSV 34 CashPRO
39 Import products Select Easy version and click In the next view click file at products: Version
40 Configuration Select the file: Vending_products.csv and press In the next view the content of the CSV file is shown: The first row is in this case the column name header and does not need to be imported, so select the option that First Row is column header. In same CSV files there might not be a header available, in that case don t check this option. As column name the system will take: Column 1, Column 2, Column 3, etc.. etc.. Delimiter is ; so does not need to be changed. This can be changed when the CSV might be stored differently. Updating of existing data might be needed when there are price or name changes of products. In this case the products are all new, so leave this option unchecked. Press 36 CashPRO
41 Import products In the next view the columns can be linked to the required database fields, as you can see all product information can be imported, but only product code Short name Long name and Price are obligated. Link the columns as shown in the following screenshot and press Now the final field of the import wizard is shown, press : to start the import: Version
