2 Customer Profiles Create a New Customer Profile Look Up and Edit Existing Customer Profile
3 THE AVFUEL HUB To begin, select Customer Profiles from the left navigation bar or the main menu button options.
4 Create New Customer Profile Select Create New Customer Profile.
5 Enter Customer Data Enter the CUSTOMER/COMPANY NAME (required) and any additional data you would like to include in the profile. Be sure to use a name that is recognized by all staff members
6 Attach Document To attach a document to the customer profile (such as a VAT form), select DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT.
7 Attach Document The document must be previously saved onto the computer. To upload it, select the file by clicking Choose File and click Attach.
8 Attach Document The attached document will be visible here.
9 Complete Customer Profile Once all customer data entry is completed, select CONTINUE to enter payment card information. If no payment card information is needed, select SAVE & CLOSE to complete the customer profile.
10 Enter Card Information If payment card information is available, enter the required card information to be saved to the customer profile. Zip codes must be assigned to MasterCard or Visa credit cards on file in Customer Profiles in order to successfully start transactions from the Customer Lookup screen.
11 Enter Card Information Once the information is entered, select ADD TO PROFILE.
12 Enter Aircraft Information Insert aircraft information. Required information is outlined in red. Once the information is entered, select Add to Profile.
13 Complete Customer Profile The ACCOUNT customer profile is now created. From this screen it can be edited, updated or deleted. For instructions on this process, please continue in this section of the manual.
14 Customer Profiles Look Up and Edit Existing Customer Profiles
15 THE AVFUEL HUB To begin, select Customer Profiles from the left navigation bar or the main menu button options.
16 Create New Customer Profile Select View All to see all profiles.
17 View All Customer Profiles Select the desired customer profile from the search results by clicking Select.
18 Find a Current Customer Profile To look up an existing profile, select the Customer Lookup button.
19 Enter Search Criteria Type the tail number, aircraft type, payment card number, customer name or city of the customer to begin the search. When the search criteria is entered, select Search.
20 Search Results Select the desired customer profile from the search results by clicking Select.
21 Customer Profile Data The general data stored in the profile is listed here.
22 View or Add a Document Any documents that have been attached can be viewed here. To open the document, select the PDF icon. To attach a new document, select DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT.
23 Edit Customer Profile Data To update the profile, select Edit. To delete the profile completely, select the red X.
24 Edit or Delete Customer Profile Data Edits can be made to any of the data in the customer profile. CUSTOMER/COMPANY NAME is still required.
25 Edit Customer Profile Data Once the customer profile data has been updated, select CONTINUE to view or edit the payment card data. If finished, select SAVE & CLOSE.
26 View or Edit Card Info To view or edit the payment card information, select CARD INFO.
27 Card Info Screen Payment card information is shown here.
28 Edit or Delete Card Info To Edit the payment card information, select Edit. To delete the card completely, select the red X.
29 Edit Card Information *********** Edit Update the payment card information with the correct data. Other information can be can be added in the box under NOTES. Zip codes must be assigned to MasterCard or Visa credit cards on file in Customer Profiles in order to successfully start transactions from the Customer Lookup screen. Editing a card record is an easy solution to modifying card info on file. Additionally, it provides PCI compliant storage of card records, masking the card number.
30 Edit Card Information *********** Edit To save the updated card information, select SAVE. To disregard the new card information, select CANCEL.
31 Add Anther Payment Card To add additional payment cards to the customer profile, select ADD ANOTHER.
32 Add Another Payment Card Enter the necessary card information. Once the card details are entered, select ADD TO PROFILE.
33 Return to Customer Profile Once all cards have been added, return to the general information screen for this customer by selecting ACCOUNT. All information will be saved. To return to the main Customer Profiles screen, select SAVE & CLOSE.
34 Edit or Delete Aircraft To view or edit the aircraft information, select AIRCRAFT.
35 Edit Aircraft Click on the small + sign next to the Tail No. on an existing aircraft
36 Edit Aircraft Click on the Edit button to edit aircraft info, or the red X to delete the aircraft
37 Edit Aircraft Edit the information as needed, then click SAVE to accept the changes
38 Return to Left Navigation Bar Use the left navigation bar to return to other sections of the Avfuel Hub.
