2 PAGE 1 Your Admin Account When added as a property admin on the account you will receive a registration with a link to activate your account. After activation, you will receive a followup to create your password. If you did not receive the activation or password set-up s, please contact our support team and they will send you a direct link. 3 PAGE 2 Logging In To log into your account after activation, simply visit our website and select LOGIN using your and password created during activation.

4 PAGE 3 Admin Dashboard Activity Your property management dashboard shows a quick glance of the activity on the panel. Each box is clickable and will take to another section within the admin system.

5 PAGE 4 Admin Dashboard Tabs 1 The tabs to the left of your dashboard are where you manage the data. 1. Tenants: Displays the tenant data, information can be added/edited/and deleted Calls All calls made through the panel are listed here with a photo of the visitor and a time / date stamp of when the call is made. 3. Door Release Logs: All transactions resulting in the panel opening the door are listed here, with a photo of the visitor, a time / date stamp, and the resident / apartment that released the door. 4. Zones: Zoned Access Privileges for tenants / visitors. (i.e. mixed use buildings) 5. Units: Where all units in the building are created/ listed. 6. Administrators: List of everyone who is an admin. If you need to add or delete an admin please contact support@butterflymx.com

6 PAGE 5 Admin Dashboard Tabs 2 The tabs to the left of your dashboard is where you manage the data. 7. Imports: Resident data lists and unit number lists can be directly uploaded by the property or by our support team for you. 8. Group Messages: Messaging platform for admins to send a message to tenants. Tenants receive the message via text and/or , it can also be viewed from the App and their web account. 9. Delivery Authorizations: Create 5 digit delivery pins for package carriers and vendors (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) Active Virtual Keys: Where you can view all active virtual keys sent out by tenants and admins. 11. Settings: Basic property information can be configured here. (i.e. Building Name, Address, Phone Number, etc.) 11

7 PAGE 6 Adding a Tenant 1 Let us show you how to create a tenant in the next two screens: 1. Select Add Tenant 2. Enter in the Tenant s and click Submit

8 PAGE 7 Adding a Tenant 2 user@ .com ** Note ** Unit number can be added manually if not present in the drop-down menu. 3. Add Tenant Information: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and SMS Number and unit. Make sure send registration is checked off. 4. Select a Display Name Strategy. Make sure to check off and SMS Notifications. Click Save. ** External IDs are only for synced properties.

9 PAGE 8 Actions For Tenants The actions icons can be found in the Tenant section of your admin account. Paper Airplane Icon: Allows you to resend the registration to that specific tenant. Eye Icon: Click here to edit tenant information, send a tenant their confirmation link, reset password link, create Virtual Keys and view tenant devices. Pen and Paper Icon: Allows you to edit tenant information. If you need to edit a tenants please support@butterflymx.com to have that updated. X Icon: Will remove a tenant from your building account.

10 PAGE 9 Units All the units for the building should be listed here, for larger buildings, a unit list can be sent to our support@butterflymx.com to be imported for you instead of creating each individually. To add a new unit and floor manually Select + New Unit, add the unit number under Label and floor number to the Floor Number box. Adding a new unit to an existing floor is done similar by selecting + New Unit under the necessary floor and type in the unit number in the Lab box.

11 PAGE 10 Delivery Authorizations 1. To create a delivery authorization, first press on the + New Delivery Authorizations button. 2. Last, type in the package carrier name or vendor name, then create a five-digit pin you d like to assign to the carrier. Click Save.

12 PAGE 11 Virtual Keys for Admins Virtual Keys can be created from your Admin Account: 1. You can create a key through your leasing office profile or create a key for a specific resident by clicking on their name in the Tenants section of your admin account Visitors will receive a QR Code to gain access into the Building. 2. Type in the visitor's name, select the date you want the key to be active for, select the expiration time (caps out at 48 hrs.) and the delivery method.
