1 Step-By-Step Image Upload Vendor User Guide

2 1 Step-by-Step Image Upload User Guide Before you log onto our Vendor Showcase Order Guide, please make sure you are using a Google Chrome internet browser for an optimal user experience. If you do not have Google Chrome on your work station Log-in How to Log-in to the Digital Ordering Guide as a Vendor 1- Log-in - Go to the online Showcase website: - Go to the online Seasonal website: - Enter in your Vendor Login on the login screen - Click the Login button NOTE: - Your Vendor Login is the first initial of your vendor name plus your DT Vendor # (i.e. atoma = a12345) - For technical assistance with your login please contact Sentient Development x221

3 How Upload NEW images to the Digital Order Guide 2 Uploading and Reviewing images 2 Uploading Images - Select Update Catalog Images from the left hand menu on the vendor landing page - Click on the green + Add Files button - A pop up box will generate on the screen, find the images you wish to load and select Open once all images have been selected - After selecting Open you will be brought back to the RBS Upload/Review page with a preview of the images you selected - Using either navigation pane A or B select the blue Start Upload button for the images you want to add - A confirmation box will appear indicating the success of images loaded NOTES: All images must be titled by full UPC (including the check digit). Files names with spaces, dashes, alpha and/or any other symbols will be rejected Images loaded must be a.jpg or.png file, no other files will be accepted - Using menu A you can select a single action for all images now appearing on the screen - Using menu B you can choose an action for each individual image

4 How Upload NEW images to the Digital Order Guide Continued 2 Uploading images cont d - Once you have uploaded images you will be re-directed to the Edit Ready List page - The Edit Ready List contains all images belonging to your company that have been loaded with correct GTIN s - Images loaded without the correct full UPC will appear on the Bad List - Images in the Bad List will not be loaded to the Digital Ordering Guide until their UPC has been corrected Hint - For images in the bad list ensure they contain both the lead and check digits in their file name

5 How to Review existing images 2.1 Review images Through the vendor site you can review images at any time. To Review: - Log into the vendor site using your company password provided by RBS - Click on Update Catalog Images tab on the left of the Welcome Screen - Select Edit Ready List to review the complete list of images already available for your products Hint - You can review your event catalog by selecting Display my current catalog. Any missing images will appear as notes indicating no photo available. These images need to be added using the add new images steps

6 How to Delete existing images 2.2 Delete images Through the vendor site you can review or delete images at any time. To Delete: - Log into the vendor site using your company password provided by RBS - Click on Update Catalog Images tab on the left of the Welcome Screen - Select Edit Ready List to review the complete list of images already available for your products - Find the image you wish to delete, select the red Delete button Hint - You can review your event catalog by selecting Display my current catalog. Any missing images will appear as notes indicating no photo available. These images need to be added using the add new images steps Need Help?
