6 Assessor Training The ICF has begun training assessors to use the recently adopted PCC Markers. Following the training, the ICF will begin using this assessment process for the PCC Portfolio applicants. Plans to train individuals who conduct assessments within an ACTP are currently under development and will be announced in early 2015.

7 Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) Over 1200 deliveries Available in 14 languages with more being considered for translation 92% pass rate for those that have completed an ICF ACTP New item writing to begin in 2015

9 Program Updates Queue ACTP Queue Currently 1 in queue submitted October 5, ACSTH Queue Currently 2 in queue. Oldest in queue was submitted on October 4, 2014.

10 Website Updates ACTP and ACSTH Program Accreditation pages on the ICF website have been updated. Coming Soon Incremental Renewal Survey informational pages.

11 Incremental Renewal Process Surveys are sent out every June and December. Organizations will have 2 months to submit the survey (Due either August 31 or February 28) When a survey is submitted on time: The program remains in good standing with ICF and has provided evidence of their continuing alignment with ICF standards Those selecting a program have an assurance that the training they have chosen is high quality coach-specific education When a survey is not submitted on time: The program will no longer appear as approved on the website and will be listed as Expired until the next Incremental Renewal Cycle (roughly 5-6months) Programs with an Expired status may no longer use the ICF logos Once a new Incremental Renewal Cycle begins, the organization will receive the past due survey as well as the new survey Organizations that don t submit the past due survey or the current survey, will be required to re-apply for approval by meeting all current standards.

12 Program Accreditation Code of Conduct Public version of the policy document is available on the website.

13 Blended Learning ICF has allowed recorded content (AL) to count for ICF Core Competencies (CC) CCEUs. Public version of the policy document is available on the website. -Prerequisites Two-to-One Ratio of AL versus SL A 10-hour AL (recorded) module will need an additional five hours of SL (live) discussion, for a total of 15 CC CCEUs. 14 Coming Soon Graduate Roster In the final stages of creating this form and may be reaching out to some of you to test this new process for functionality. Monthly program update calls We will be starting this in December. Will be posting the dates and times on the ICF website under the Program Accreditation tab. We want to be more available to our training providers. We will provide brief updates on program accreditation and answer any ACSTH, ACTP or CCE related questions.
