Give evidence of at least 5 related/similar IT projects done in the last five years. 5.4 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE FIRM The Bidders should be companies specializing in providing the services listed in this RFP and have a record of successful provision of services of the same nature and magnitude. The Bidder should have experience of installing active equipment in data centres in the last five years. Training of personel In the two instances where ICTA Personell require to be trained you have mentioned 5 users and in another section 20 users, kindly confirm the exact number of trainingrequirements 20. We seek clarification on below questions relating to our subject tender. After reading through the document, we appreciate the complexity of the solution required. We, therefore request for an extension by one week to help us prepare a fully responsive proposal. 23. In the instruction to tenders , bidders are expected to give Evidence/documentation of at least 3 similar contracts undertaken by the Bidder in the past 5 years, each with a value of at least Kenya Shillings 36 million or an equivalent amount whereas in the MR7 states that The Bidder should have experience of installing active equipment in data centres in the last five years.give evidence of at least 5 related/similar IT projects done in the last five years, please clarify. 24. It is stated under special condition of contract that The bidders must conduct an on-site survey at the GDC premises before submission of the bid, Please confirm the new date for the site visit/survey. The training should accommodate at least 5 ICTA technical officers Due to the tight project timelines, we regret that we may not able to extend the closing/opening dates. In the tender section on mandatory implementation requirements table, item 3.0, it is stated that training should cover 5 ICTA technical officers whereas in section training, it is stated that training should cover 20 of the technical officers, please confirm the number of trainees. The training should accommodate at least 5 ICTA technical officers 26. For us to give a detailed proposal on integration & implementation of the data center next generation firewall solution, routers and switches and their commissioning, kindly share with us the current Network design diagram.
