2 Following changes have been made to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Implementaiton of IP Based CCTC Solution at Medical Colleges. Vol II, Page 24, Clause 3.2, Table 1 Pre qualification criteria, Qualification Criteria for the Bidder, Point 9 Vol I, Page 100, Clause 7.27, DG Set, 7 Vol II, Page 24, Clause 3.2, Table 1 Pre qualification criteria, Qualification Criteria for the Bidder, Point 2 Network Switch, 16 Network Switch, 20 The prime bidder should have executed or currently ongoing at least 3 IT/ ITES project with any department of Central Government/ State Government/ PSU/Autonomous Bodies or Councils of Government of India. At least one of the 3 projects should have be multi locational in nature and the minimum number of locations covered under the project should be 200. The PO/ Agreements should be in the last ten year from the bid submission date. Maximum AC Output 3000 VA The prime bidder should have an average annual turnover of Rs.40 Crores (rounded off to zero decimal) or more in the last five financial years (each year) ending 31 st March, 2016 as evidenced by the audited accounts of the company. & troubleshooting in secure manner. Dynamic Trunking Protocol (DTP) The prime bidder should have executed or currently ongoing atleast 3 IT/ ITES/Networking/CCTV project with any department of Central Government/ State Government/ PSU/Autonomous Bodies or Councils of Government of India. At least one of the 3 projects should have be multi locational in nature and the minimum number of locations covered under the project should be 60 or more. The PO/ Agreements should be in the last ten year from the bid submission date. Submission of Go-live certificate 10 % of the Agreement 7. On completion of each quarter of O&M after adjustment of SLA penalties for respective quarter 1.5% of the Agreement (to be paid quarterly) Total 1.5% * 12 = 18 % Except for the changes mentioned above, all other terms and conditions of the original RFP document remains unchanged.
