1 HP ExpertOne Technology & Solutions Summit for HP EMEA EG Presales & Channel Partners Frankfurt, Germany December 2012 Event Objectives The HP ExpertOne Technology & Solutions Summit to be held in Frankfurt on 11 th 14 th December 2012 is in the continuation of the ETS initiative launched in May The HP ExpertOne Technology & Solutions Summit (ETSS) is the biggest technical & solutions knowledge transfer event covering the entire Enterprise Group (EG) portfolio of products, services & solutions. This technical event focuses on Enterprise products & services such as Integrity and Non-Stop Servers HP ProLiant and HP BladeSystems Technologies, including High Performance Computing Storage Products & Solutions HP Networking Support & Consulting Services EG and HP Software Solutions will be covered as well including Converged Cloud and Converged Infrastructure covering Virtualization, Management & Automation, Converged Applications (covering SAP, Oracle & Microsoft) and IT Energy Management. The audience is composed of: Channel Partners HP EMEA EG Presales & Pursuit Our objectives for this event are to: provide you with a technical update on the whole HP EG portfolio transfer an in-depth knowledge on your focus area allow you to meet with your peers and become a full part of the HP EG technical ecosystem allow you to replicate this content in your respective countries as required 1

2 Business Critical Systems Storage Solutions Industry Standard Servers Networking Event Format This event will be a multi-track event aligned on Converged Infrastructure enablers and HP key IT initiatives running in parallel and incorporating sessions from our various business groups as described below: HP ExpertOne Technology & Solutions Summit Converged Infrastructure Converged Cloud Information Optimzation Virtualization Solutions Application Transformation Consulting Virtualization & Support Services Software Each track will be composed of: - Breakout sessions - Lab or demo sessions A total of 160 technological and solution sessions will be provided. This time again, the ETSS will include the concept of Open Labs. The open labs will be open slots during which you will have the possibility to run any of the proposed in our menu of labs, without any pre-registration. Our instructors will be available in the lab rooms to assist you, like for a standard hands-on Lab. More information will be made available when pre-registration for sessions will open. In addition: 1 keynote session will be delivered by HP EG Top Management covering the EG EMEA business update & strategy. A selection of keynote and breakout sessions will be delivered by our sponsors. You will have the opportunity to visit the WW presales suite where you will be able to attend presentations of a selection of some of the most useful presales tools such as TekFlix, Cloud, TCO Tools, 3PAR, Solution Demo Portal, Visio Café, Office-Based Presales, WW Industry Solution Center and AllianceOne/Recruit to Win. The HP ExpertOne program is hosting an onsite certification testing center. All registered Channel Partners are eligible to take up to five (5) proctored HP certification exams at no cost. This offer worth up to 500 is a great way to get extra value from attending the conference. Conditions of access to the testing center for HP employees will be communicated at a later date.
