5 5 KNOWN ISSUES VIEWING JOB REPORTS IN INTERNET EXPLORER If the job name includes the hash symbol (#), you cannot view the report in Internet Explorer (IE). To view the report in IE, remove the hash symbol from the name and rerun the job. DEBENU QUICK PDF LIBRARY The following issues may occur when using PDF files created with Debenu Quick PDF Library 10.11: Processing errors when producing single-page TIFF or multi-page TIFF output. This issue only occurs when using PDF files that contain annotations. Processing errors and missing information in the OCR text file when producing multi-page TIFF output with the OCR per document option enabled. MISSING PLACEHOLDER FILES If errors are encountered while processing multi-page files or TIFF files, placeholder files are not created for those files. This issue occurs when producing single-page TIFF output with the OCR per page option enabled. WAY POINT LOAD FILES When generating a WayPoint load file, the fields populated during the production are not written to the WayPoint.xml file. The WayPoint.xml format is the default value used by the Production with Postback template. To avoid this issue, use another load file format such as CSV or Concordance.
