1 From time-to-time we have clients ask if they can send an athlete s information from ATS to ATS. This function was developed in response to those requests. Please note: We recommend that you obtain all the applicable releases/waivers or other legal documents from your own legal counsel before proceeding. For this reason ATS assumes no liability in this process. In general; here is now things work/flow... Info is requested from the new school or by the athlete to be sent to his/her new school. The legal forms are obtained and signed. The ATS Send process is coordinated with the new school medical staff. The information sent is verified with the new school The new school medical staff has an active athlete and his/her historical data.

6 Once you have selected the applicable information continue the process by clicking on the Process Send button. You will be walked through the screens shown on this page. Choose the information that applies to the athlete and coordinate the sport choice with the new school. When the send is complete you will see the message shown to the left.

7 Once the process is complete the receiving database users will see the results in their athlete area.

8 FAQ: 1. Will you provide us with a release of records or other legal document we can have the athlete/parent sign? We do not provide any legal documents. Our belief is since these are done between your school and the athlete/parent that your attorney should/will provide you with what he/she feels is appropriate. 2. Do I have to send all the athlete s information? No. We have tried to allow you to pick-and-choose the notes and other information that you want to send. 3. How do I know which schools are ATS Schools? Great question. There are several answers/options: A. As part of the new school s registration the question(s) of Did you use and EMR system at your old school? And if yes; which one? If they used ATS the process can be started. B. The new school can ask the athlete if he/she know if they used ATS at their previous school. If so the process can be started. C. The old school can ask the athlete is he/she is going to a school that uses ATS. If so the process can be started. D. The new, or old, school can check the ATS clients list and start the process if it applies. 4. Can the athlete self-send their own information? We have designed this process to give the medical staff on both sides complete control over the transfer process to protect the athletes information and to protect the medical staff as well. This is designed as a push process; allowing the previous ATS user to send selected information.
