You will become the Team Captain of your team. 1

4 4 Now as the Team Captain for your Team Page, the software requires you to create a Personal Fundraising Page which is connected to your Team Page.

6 If you made a personal Donation, you ll be directed to this Dedication screen. You can be listed as Anonymous. To publicly display your name but NOT your donation amount, uncheck this box. 6

After registering your Team, you ll receive this confirmation email: Share your Team Page link with prospective participants.

Or from Team Page, a participant can click General Donation to make a one-time donation without setting up a Personal Fundraising Page.

Since it began in 1996, southwestern Wisconsin s largest food/fund drive campaign has raised nearly 30 million meals. This year brings the challenge to raise more meals than ever for families struggling with hunger as the cost of living and the demand for Second Harvest Foodbank's services have greatly increased over the past 20 years. For example, from 1996 to today, the price of a pound of shredded mild cheddar cheese has increased 81% from $2.68 to $4.85. And, Second Harvest is distributing 12 million pounds of food annually compared with 1.21 million in 1996, 10 times more! This year, with your help, we hope to raise 3 million meals for our neighbors facing hunger. Meals raised through NBC15 Share Your Holidays will be distributed through our 225 partner agencies and through programs that put nutritious meals on the table like the preschool and 4K program Kira attends. Kira's mom says "My 4-year-old's attendance at preschool has improved since she began eating the fresh fruits and vegetables at breakfast. My daughter gets really mad at me if she misses breakfast at preschool because they serve blueberries, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, carrots, celery and cucumbers. She makes sure I get her to preschool in time for breakfast every day." Your support truly does make a difference.
