10 8. Payment Pre-payment: Fullfil your billing data and CHECK-OUT Make sure that you include the following: VAT ID FISCAL name of the company (not business name)

11 9. Payment Don t proceed with the payment until you receive a mail to confirm you that your ticket-code for payment is correct. Be aware that we are not going to make refund in case of paying the wrong amount. Dashboard Fullfil your profile in the Marketplace, And wait to get feedback on your inscription code for payment

How to get your ticket Please wait for us to send the MWC Visitor Pass a few days before the event A few days before the event, each participant with at least 2 international meetings will receive an from the MWC with their ticket information. Participants will have to register at the MWC website (besides the Brokerage event registration) and follow the instructions to get the ticket. Each invitation is assigned to the registered on the Brokerage Event platform.

Terms and conditions Read carefully the Terms and Conditions If an unforeseen circumstance comes up and you cannot attend a meeting you must cancel your meetings always through the platform which will automatically update the agenda alerting the organizers and the involved participants and avoiding any further inconveniences to other participants. The participation fee will be reimbursed, upon request, to those participants that cancel their participation (with full justification such as O meetings) at least 1 week before the event, and no entry pass will be delivered. If you do not show up to your meetings you will be blacklisted and you will not be allowed to participate in future EEN Events. For more information, please check the Terms of Use

Useful information How to get there From the airport to the Congress By taxi/car: 12km away (C-31) From the airport to the City Centre Aerobus (A1/A2) every 5 minutes (travel time 35min) Train from Terminal 2 every 30 minutes (travel time 18min) From the City Centre to the Congress Bus TMB: Bus lines: 46, 65, 165, H12. Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat: Fira Gran Via FGC stop is "Europa/Fira". Lines that stop at "Europa/Fira" station end their journey at "Espanya" station, next to the Montjuic venue (Lines S8, S33, R6, R5, S4)
