1 GUIDE TO ONLINE REGISTRATION ISD 622 Adventure Connection and Epic Summer Program Go to Hover the curser over Adventure Connection and select Registration from the drop-down menu. March 2015
2 Sign in with the address and password for your account. If you don t remember your password, click on the hyperlink forgot password, type in your address and submit. You will receive an telling you how to create/change your password. If you have used the AC program in the past, or you or your child(ren) have taken a Community Education class, you should be in our system. Follow the instructions above for forgot password. If you are still having difficulty, call our office to verify your address. Don t have an account? If you are new to the program, or to Community Education, you will need to create an account. Simply click on Create an Account in the gray area to the right of the sign-in box, or under the gray line at the top of the page next to Sign-In, and follow the prompts.
3 Read the Terms and Conditions and check the box below. Select Accept Terms and Continue.
4 Read the information in the Register for Adventure Connection/EPIC Summer area. Select Summer 2015 from the drop down menu in the Season section Scroll and read all of the information in the text box below. Select the summer location you d like to attend. Select Continue. Note: While Skyview isn t visible as an option here, it will be available on the live website.
5 Select a payment method from the drop down box. The registration fee won t be charged until your registration request is accepted. Would you like to enroll in auto-payment for your monthly invoices? Check the box to get set up and never worry again about forgetting to make your payment before the deadline! Select Save Payment Method and Continue.
6 Scroll down to read all of the information in the text box at the top. Select the child s name from the list, or select Add a Child if you don t see the child already listed. Select the schedule type you d like.
7 Scroll down and check the days of the week you d like. In the calendar shown below, select the weeks or days you d like: To select an entire week, click the box after the Saturday in that week. To select individual days, click on the dates themselves.
8 Scroll down and begin answering the registration questions for the child you have selected. Note: some replies are required and your registration will not go through if you miss any of those sections. You will have to make the necessary replies before you can submit.
9 After you have answered all applicable and required fields, select Complete Registration.
10 A window will appear with a summary of all your information. Look it over carefully to make sure it is correct. You can select Cancel Contract Request if you need to make any changes or want to completely cancel your request.
11 Scroll to the bottom and select Manage Authorized Pickups to verify and/or add names of those who are authorized to pick up your child (other than yourself).
12 To add a new name, select Add Another Pickup. To remove a name, select Remove. NOTE: You will need to do this step for each child listed if you want that same individual to be allowed to pick up all your children or to be prevented from picking up all your children.
13 Use the drop down field to select the relationship the individual holds with your child. Enter the person s first and last names and a description or note in the appropriate field. Select Save Authorized Pickups.
14 An from ISD 622 Community Education will be sent to you letting you know your registration request has been received. Be sure to click View entire message to see the complete content.
15 A second from ISD 622 Community Education will be sent to let you know your registration request has been approved. As before, click View entire message to see the complete content. It is at this point that the system charges the registration fee using the payment information you provided earlier.
