7 2.1 Exhibition Manual Kind Reminder Documents from page 45 to 58 included must be sent to the Grimaldi Forum by September 18th, 2017

8 2.2 Maximum Height 1,5m HANGING ELEMENTS 4,5m high 3m high The hanging points will be defined with the Grimaldi Forum according to the detailed and precise project submitted by each exhibitor, and the feasibility of these projects 3m BOOTH Send your requests to the Grimaldi Forum before September 8th 0m Maximum allowed height is 3 m for the booth structure Possibility to hang additional visual elements between 3m and 4,50m of height

9 3. Booth Situation Only 3 exhibitors haven t sent in the booth project to be validated by security at Grimaldi Forum. Individual reminders will be sent out this week.

10 4. Optional Services You have the possibility to book several optional services for your stand such as: Stand building Furniture Hostesses Catering Technical equipment and Audio visual Cleaning of the stand Electrical supply (other than the option suggested at no extra cost in the shell scheme booth proposal, p. 22 on the Exhibition Manual). Rates and forms are available in the Exhibition Manual and we are at your disposal for any additional information needed. Please address your requests to the different suppliers, always copying

11 4.1 Optional Services Catering Don t hesitate to login on the agreed supplier s website to start ordering food & beverages for your booths and hospitality suites or lounges. spx?returnurl=%2f

12 4.2 Optional Services Furniture Please bear in mind that October is going to be a very busy month on the French Riviera, and in order to make sure that your first choice in terms of furniture is still available, we recommend that you start looking and selecting your items quite soon. Here is the link of the Grimaldi Forum s agreed supplier:

13 4.3 Electricity for tailormade stands Don t hesitate to contact the Grimaldi Forum if you need any more power on the stand. Please refer to pages in the exhibition manual.

14 4.4 Connectivity The exhibition area, registration area and meeting rooms will be covered by wifi connexion. If you need any extra internet connexion, please refer to page 36 of the exhibition manual.

15 4.5 Cleaning Please bear in mind that the cleaning of the stand during the forum is not included, if you wish to book it please send the form to the Grimaldi Forum by September 18th.

16 5. Bar code scanning on the booths For the Partners in Excellence and Platinum Sponsors, a bar code scanner will be at disposal on the booth to keep track of the people who have visited your booth. This service is also available to the other sponsors and exhibitors at the cost of 750 (VAT excluded). Please note that no hostess service is included in this rate, the staff at the booth will have to handle it. After the congress, you will receive an excel sheet with the data of the people who visited your booth (same data that you receive on the participants lists).

Registration - Groups Please make sure to fill in the personal data part which is very important to FERMA before September 15th, After this date, name changes will be subject to an administrative fee of 50 (VAT Excluded) If the number of registrations is lower than the number of people that should attend the congress, please contact us in order to purchase the missing registrations: ferma2017@publicreations.com Please let us know by September 15th, 2017, if you will wish to have all the badges picked up by your staff (if this is the case, by whom) or if you prefer that all your guests receive an individual bar code letter and go to the Self-registration Desk to print their own badge and collect their congress material themselves.

Stand Builders Passes Please send an to Publi Créations before September 15th: stating the name of your company, and supplier if any, along with the number of passes required with name, surname and company of each person. This passes will grant access to the stand builders on September 14th, September 15th until for the set up. Stand builders will be able to have access again at the end of the congress, on October 18th from to midnight.

Contact Please provide the FERMA Forum staff with the following information regarding the operative period of the event: Full Name of person in charge for any issue regarding the booth, the Lounge/Hospitality Suite or any other sponsorship items. Direct address Direct mobile phone number on which we will be able to reach them. Please send this information to by September 18th. The FERMA Staff will send you all our contact details a few days before the event.

20 9. Arrival and set-up tips Our Team will be there to welcome you at the Grimaldi Forum from Saturday October 14th. If you have chosen to collect all your group badges at the same time, please reach us in advance to make an appointment before September 15th.

22 9.2 Access to the Grimaldi Forum & Delivery tips Please get your trucks organised so that you can easily deliver what is necessary at your booth with the corresponding lift, and the rest to your lounge / Hospitality suite with another lift without having everything mixed up. Don t hesitate to come back to us if you need more information or advice regarding this.

23 9.3 Set-up Instructions Trucks and goodlifts All information regarding itinerary and parking for the trucks in Monaco is available on pages of the Exhibition Manual. If you need any fork lift or equipment of the kind, don t hesitate to contact one of the Grimaldi Forum s agreed supplier (please refer to page 61 of the exhibitor s manual. Please find dimensions and details regarding the Grimaldi Forum s good lifts on page 17 of the Exhibition Manual Main delivery zone for the trucks at the Grimaldi Forum (level -4)

24 10. Material Delivery Please read carefully pages 7 8 of the Exhibition Manual Packages will be accepted from and not before October 7th, Please use the label on page 8 of the Exhibition Manual. Shipping costs must be prepaid from the sender, or the packages will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender s expenses.
