ENROLL YOUR MOBILE PHONE CUSTOMIZED ALERTS

1 1. From the Account Services tab, select Requests on the left side. 2. Click on the link for Mobile Banking Enrollment. 3. A new tab/window will open (based on your browser settings), prompting Acceptance of the Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions. When the box is checked, the Continue button will appear.

2 4. After accepting the Terms and Conditions, you will be prompted to select services. If you do not already have the app on your phone, you can recieve a text message with a link to download the app. 5. Under Other Services, you will want to check all three boxes to have full functionality from your device, then click Continue:

3 6. On the next screen, you will need to select the correct time zone. a. Michigan is Eastern Time 7. The section below allows you to select which accounts you would like to manage from your mobile device. a. Keep in mind that this affects the Mobile App, Text Banking, and Text Alerts.

4 8. To complete the setup of these services, you will enter your mobile phone number on this screen and click Continue to receive a text message confirmation code. 9. The next screen will ask for the code you have received. Enter the code and click Activate.

5 10. If your code worked successfully, you will be taken to this screen which gives a summary of what you ve enrolled in and some tips on how to use the services. 11. This is the Mobile Banking Main Menu where you can change your phone number, services, accounts, time zone, etc. To log out when finished, click the gray button in the upper right to Exit Mobile Banking.

6 EBANKING 1. From the Account Services tab, click onto Alerts. You will now see the option to check the Text/SMS box on you alerts setup. Overview of Alert types and what they can do: Financial alerts - allow you to customize the notices you receive regarding your account, such at Low Balance, High Balance, a specific check clearing, Electronic Funds Transactions posting, and Incoming Wires posting. Balances: -If transaction(s) are performed in ebanking, alert is immediate -If transaction(s) are performed at Merchants or In-Branch, alert is sent during nightly batch: 11:00 PM - 3:00 AM. Checks: -Alerts will send shortly after the check clearing is posted in ebanking. Other Transactions: -Electronic Funds and Incoming Wires - alerts send shortly after the transaction is posted to ebanking.

7 EBANKING Personal Alerts - will send you a plain text notification that you type into a field during creation. -Any alerts set up to start on the current day will send shortly after set up is complete. -Any recurring alerts or future dated alerts will send during batch processing: 11:00 PM 3:00 AM. Arbor Financial Credit Union currently does not send Marketing Alerts or System Alerts through ebanking, but it is a good idea to check the box while you re here just in case Arbor Financial Credit Union uses this functionality in the future. 2. After you check the boxes for the format you would like to receive each alert type, the bottom of the screen will open to start setting up alerts:

8 EBANKING 3. A seperate alert will need to be created for each account. So here, we will create an alert for the Classic (Checking) falling below $ balance. a. Select the account in the dropdown, and then type the amount in the Available Balance Below box, then click Create Alert: 4. You will be taken to your Saved Alerts page to view the alert that was just set up, and view a list of all alerts you have created: a. Here is the one that we just created: * NOTE: Even though this alert says One Time under frequency, it will send on notification each time the event occurs. b. if at any time, you want to delete an alert you created, you can click on the trash can under Alert Information seciton on the View my Saved Alerts page.

9 EBANKING 5. Click on the blue Return to Setup Alerts link in the upper right corner, and you will be taken back to the Setup Alerts page. To customize additional alerts use the steps from above.
